I explained the venue did have limited parking and the attendant should be okay. The prom started at 7. When she arrived at 6:45 she called me and stated she had parked. After discussing where she could park she entered the venue and began setting up. About 10 minutes later Tom came in and asked for me (but first asked for someone by another name) and then immediately began berating me about why I didn't save the attendant a spot. He was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. He threatened to leave the event before it started. I told him that if he chose to leave over $45 (the price he wanted to charge if there was no parking) then that would be on him. But he would be out of $867! It was a terrible experience and I will never use them again. The printed pictures also had the wrong school on them initially. It was a quick fix but it added to the frustration. Some of the props were also not prom appropriate.

In the matter of hours I was spammed three autogenerated emails. After comparing information (and what they share up front is scattered and mismatched), I politely reached out and shared that we would be moving forward with another company. Most companies would appreciate that information so they don't continue reaching out. Instead I got a "thanks anyway" email reply. I'm happy to say I did not go with them.

The day of the event, we tried to get a hold of him to confirm the arrival time. Every time I tried to call, he ignored the call and would text the following: Thank you for calling. Thank you, Photo Booth Manager Taz 888.523.0785 The event was supposed to start at 5pm and we finally got a call at 5:10 from the photo booth technician "Jesus" who said he is leaving from another event, there is a lot of traffic and he will be there in 30 minutes. Well, 45 minutes later he calls and states that he is at the venue but the valet is telling him that there are no events at the venue. After some investigation I find out that he is at a venue in a TOTALLY DIFFERENT CITY that's another 45 minutes away from my venue. Jesus says he is driving to my venue and will be ready to go as soon as possible. Some time during this fiasco "Taz" text's us to tell us that he spoke to his technician and he is at the venue. Well Taz, you are absolutely wrong. You sent your guy to the wrong damn city!!! He text's back "I think my Attednant got it mixed up. I apologize". No Taz, you messed up and gave the attendant the wrong address!! Finally, the technician (Jesus) arrives at my venue and gets set-up at 7:00 (remember, my event started at 5pm). The attendant kept stating that he would stay later to make up the time that he missed. I told Jesus that it was a decent gesture but I reserved the venue for a set amount of hours and I can't extend without it costing me a lot of money. Also, staying longer DOES NOT make up for the fact that you he was grossly late! He text'd me on Monday stating "Hey sorry about the mix up this weekend by my attendant. He got the address mixed up. Still was a successful event". What planet is he living on? 2 hours late is not a successful event. I called and texted him several times and he has yet to respond. So at all cause avoid this business at all cost. We had purchased the Groupon deal but once you called to book it tons of up sale and add-ons for props back drops and custom borders. They also try to get you to go directly through them. Its the same either way Groupon or not. So we added on somethings and then pay the difference with them. Weeks go by no communication so I email and call them. All generic response or short answers. Finally 3 days before the party I am contacted to get the custom border together. Ok thinking this is probably going to be good. Day of the party they were suppose to show up at 1:30pm since the party started at 2pm. 150pm rolls by nothing so I text the number that had been corresponding with me. Whats your ETA? Then I get a phone call shes running late from SF. Ok no worries since lots of my guest said they were running late due to traffic on 880. I am busy with hosting so I realized its 315pm. WTF so I text are you near??!? Then the bad news came I get the phone call. She tells me oh theres no point of me coming for an hour and wasting my money. Oh and their short staff! Wth i booked them way in advance and they pull this. She says we will refund your monies and that I MIGHT get a free coupon. Coupon for what? For what? So you guys can not show up again? My son only turns 1 once. Now I have to contact groupon for my refund and my credit company. Its not about the money but the memories that were to be made. The photobooth was suppose to provide memories for my family and guest to take home. I was looking forwarding to putting some pictures in my sons baby book for when he got older. So thanks once again for messing that up. So thanks Photo Booth Bookings for ruining my sons 1st birthday party. For making me and my guest be on time and wait to have enjoyed the photobooth at the allotted time we booked you for. We were debating having a Photo Booth for our wedding reception, but are so happy that we did and…read morechose the shutter booth! It was 100% worth it, and still affordable. There's a Photo Booth attendant the whole night that helped all the guests and gave us a surprise at the end of the night. All ages were using it and found it accessible due to the attendant. The booth was never empty and we saw all ages using it and loving it.

In addition to that, the printer would malfunction causing a back up and less photos we could've had. Unfortunately our wedding can not be re-created and she was going to throw away the extra printouts at the end of the night!!! Geez, when I looked at them, some weren't even in the book. The book had sooo few pages and she didn't give us extra pages to add the missing photos. I guess this is the reason I'm the first to write a review for this company. I wish someone had told me earlier, so I could've went with another photobooth. You'd think for a company that have done many weddings and events would be more prepared, but I guess I assumed too much.
