Our photo booth attendant Mike was great! He was really nice and made taking photos at our wedding so easy. Everyone was able to get a copy of the pictures they took and what I loved the most if the guestbook they provided with all of our guests photos. It was a wonderful addition to our wedding. Overall, great communication prior to our wedding and afterwards receiving the entire gallery of photos that everyone took.

I tried several times to reach out and confirm times and such and Brit eventually answered and told me at this time she isn't staffed and that she didn't have time to return my calls. We wanted to bill an additional hour of the booth Iand Brit was furious at the price I paid and mentioned how she was losing money so she would charge over $200 for an additional hour... Excuse me...you told me you would honor the groupon price...NOT MY FAULT. I also informed Brit that I paid to have her attendant at my reception as they would be part of the head count because I had to feed them. Literally at 415 PM this past Saturday, My now husband got a call saying the attendant couldn't make it as they had an emergency-and that they had no other contact information. WHICH is a total lie. She had my number my email and my Caterers phone number. The attendant was scheduled for 430.... I feel like this a complete lie... Brit didn't want to "lose" money so she just didn't schedule me. As the owner SHE should have been there! I not only didn't have the photo booth ...But I am out the cost of the person NOT showing. I also have NOT received my refund....

As I was checking my email last night, I saw that they sent me a cancelation for my appointment today. No explanation. I'm gonna assume that it was because of not receiving a deposit, but I also never received a reply when I inquired about the payment link. I understand that business practices have changed and that we're still in the middle of a global pandemic, but at no time did I receive a call or talk to someone personally. Communication through email and text messages ONLY is very unprofessional for what seemed to be a reputable business.
