Very unhappy. Hired Ed to help settle a dispute with a contractor on building a house. Edward does not return phone calls. I had to call three times each time to get him to return phone calls. When I asked him the best way to contact him and that my calls were not returned his answer was that "he was a very busy man and would only call back when he had something to talk about." when he did call back the first time he said he had contacted the contractors lawyer and that we would likely go to court. His bill did not reflect that but that he contacted him after the second call back I got back from him. After severing the relationship I made the calls personally and resolved the issue read more
