We hired 4H Plumbing in November 2022 to repair missing piping in a duplex rental. Fast forward a little over two years, we turned off the water for the first time during a vacancy, only to discover that one of the units still had running water. That's when we realized the units were never actually separated. When we contacted John from 4H Plumbing about the issue, he refused to return and correct the work. After speaking with other licensed plumbers, we learned that he has never been licensed at all--despite representing himself as such. Unfortunately, we're not the first to be misled. They took photos to show me things such as a deteriorated ridge cap and a rusted-out furnace vent pipe. They did a great job of making these repairs and doing a roof coating. Also, the job took 6 months longer than projected and all the work was not covered that was promised so I had to come out of pocket at the end to a sub contractor that Weigert was supposed to have covered. My recommendation is to stay far away from this company.
