I am pleased to announce that rhe shop owner Tarah @ "Pretty Little Flowers" has called this morning to offer a full refund. So we tried to support a local business called Pretty Little Flowers in Spruce Grove for my mother's funeral. The quality of the flowers was subpar, brown and wilted. Although the owner tried to rectify the situation, by swapping out flowers, the flowers she used to replace the wilted ones were of even poorer quality. To make matters worse, their driver came and picked up the casket spray in the middle of our visitation. When discussing our dissatisfaction with Tarah, the owner, that evening, she placed blame elsewhere instead of taking responsibility. She offered a refund last night, indicating that she would etransfer money after she got off the phone. No money was etransfered so after the funeral we went to her shop where she informed us she hadn't got around to doing the refund, with no apologies whatsoever. We had to ask her to refund us as we were there now. She only refunded us 1/4 of what we paid. When we questioned this she said she didn't agree to a full refund, only a refund. I can't believe how unprofessional this business owner was with such unreputable business practice. So disappointing and disgusted by this woman's attitude.
