I was in town for a few days and honestly, this place blew me away. Hands down the best pho I've had in a long time and I was coming from the west coast. The broth was amazing, so rich and flavorful, and everything from the meat to the noodles was just on point. The crispy egg rolls were perfect too--golden, crunchy, and full of flavor. The owners and staff made you feel like you were at home. Very attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. The restaurant was really nice and clean too. Was on a road trip and stopped in randomly since it was on the way. To call it a hidden gem is an understatement! The food was PHENOMENAL - including the best short ribs I've ever had. Chef came out to greet all the patrons and was very kind. Said they do everything the long way to ensure good food, including fresh never frozen meat. Loved it! The spring rolls and egg rolls were some of the best we've had anywhere in the area. The service was absolutely terrific, very engaging waitstaff. The dining area was beautifully decorated, with a lovely screened mural and I REALLY liked the fact that we weren't drowned out by music. It was quiet and lovely. I had the shrimp and my husband had the pork, and I wish I'd taken pictures! Beautifully presented, wonderful sauces, some of which were familiar and some weren't. On our way from Alabama to Kansas, my wife and I stopped in Van Buren and had dinner at Pho Cao. The food was absolutely excellent--fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The restaurant and restrooms were spotless, and the service was top-notch. We were especially impressed that Mr. Tam, the owner and cook, took time out of his busy schedule to come out and personally greet the guests. We are driving from Houston to drop off our daughter at UARK and because of the reviews decided to stop here. I am super picky and this place was amazing!!!! The food was delicious and so flavorful. I had the chicken friend rice and my daughter had the beef pho. Honestly one of the best Pho places I've been too. The outside is not so aesthetically pretty but the inside was adorable and the bathroom was super clean and decorated nicely. Would highly recommend stopping if you get a chance. read more

Just stopped by there from Kansas to Alabama with my mom and let me tell you, I know my opinion doesn't really matter, but their food is out of this world I had the shrimp pho and my mom had the pork chops. Everything was cooked with passion and it showed. The chef is a very nice and respectful person he came out and greeted us with a smile!
