The broth was amazing, so rich and flavorful, and everything from the meat to the noodles was just on point. The crispy egg rolls were perfect too--golden, crunchy, and full of flavor. Loved it! The spring rolls and egg rolls were some of the best we've had anywhere in the area. The service was absolutely terrific, very engaging waitstaff. The dining area was beautifully decorated, with a lovely screened mural and I REALLY liked the fact that we weren't drowned out by music. It was quiet and lovely. Just stopped by there from Kansas to Alabama with my mom and let me tell you, I know my opinion doesn't really matter, but their food is out of this world I had the shrimp pho and my mom had the pork chops. Everything was cooked with passion and it showed. The chef is a very nice and respectful person he came out and greeted us with a smile!
