My husband and I met with him in April 2025 to talk about listing and officially hired him to sell our house that June. Even in a tough market with plenty of competition in our own development, he gave us the honest, data-driven advice we needed to set a realistic price. His marketing was excellent and showcased the house perfectly without being overdone--which is something I appreciate. It got people out to see the property, even in our rural area. potential property owners and tenants, for the love of GOD do not do business with these scumbags…read more recently completed a two year lease with these clowns for a 3500 sq foot property in Cary. I will say they were fantastic right up to the point i moved in. with in weeks i had a water leak from the master bathroom requiring the master bath shower and tub to be removed and replace, (a three month process). (they knew about the issue before i moved in and did not address it, but painted the ceiling to cover the damage before i moved in.) they will conduct a 6 month review on the property. i get it, no problem but the old man that showed up came with a 360 camera. the same setups that relators use to show case a property. when i refused to let them use the camera they gave me attitude. they kept saying it was in the lease so i asked them to show me where i agreed to this. then they just conducted a walk thru and found now issues. also, it those two years, the washer failed three times and they finally replaced it. then the microwave/oven unit failed and they replaced it after a few weeks. at move out i requested a walk thru and they refused to complete one with me. i had to call three times a day for over two weeks before some idiot answered the phone and told me i would get any part of the deposit that wasn't used in 60 days. but he couldn't tell me what they were going to charge me for. please, rent from anyone else in wake county. absolutely anyone else.

His wife Kelley did a spectacular job with staging our home beautifully as well - her taste is impeccable. Phillip has a fantastic balance of a no-nonsense attitude combined with a lot of compassion and kindness, which helped us trust that he was 100% on our side throughout the whole process. He kept us informed every step of the way while tactfully limiting our engagement in some of the more frustrating negotiation process, which helped us stay as calm as possible (while keeping the selling process moving as smoothly as possible too.) In the end, I know we got top dollar for our home and minimized the expenses associated with selling as well. I will 100% use Phillip again for any real estate needs in the future and will be recommending his services to all my friends and family as well. The new team is incredibly detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive in managing both the tenants' and owners' needs . They made the entire process seamless, from tenant screening to property maintenance. I highly recommend this new and improved Henry Property Management to any property owner seeking a trustworthy and efficient manager. Buyer beware! Henry Properties is now charging all renters an extra $36 every month for something…read morethey call a 'Renters Benefits Package.' This fee adds up to $432/year for "air filters, rental insurance, and credit building". No matter how they frame it, you are paying $420 extra/year on top of your rent. Other places usually let you choose if you want to pay for extra things, but not here. Read their website. You have literally no choice. It feels predatory, and helped us decide to not renew our property lease. It's an obvious crash grab and highly insulting at that. A textbook way to lose clients and accumulate negative reviews that will persist for god knows how many years. Penny wise. Pound foolish.
