Didnt run my numbers at all, just took them at face value, and submitted them which came back with some issues. When I tried to have them corrected, they didnt want to, forcing me to screw up my closing date and miss out on an awesome rate. For a "senior" staff member, Ive seen new hires care more. One last bit. They will try to push a home warranty on you with a company called HSA. This whole scheme is full of kickbacks, half qualified contractors, and incompetent agents to assist with issues. While it might save you some money, its probably not worth it.

We let her know that we were going to part ways and she was totally offended, surprised and seemed not to understand that we weren't seeing eye to eye despite multiple conversations.
