They have a cool feature where you can design your stuff at home, it'll give you a code and you can plug that code in to the computers downstairs and it'll tell you how to get your items. For some items you have to go to a representative for them to pull it. So you can't grab everything yourself but it's otherwise good. As for COVID precautions, there's plenty of hand sanitizer and there are markings on the floor for safe social distancing. There is an area for greeting cards, an area for magazines, another for little souveniers/toys relating to books. German school kids can also get their supplies here.
