I understand things happen, but this was a complete lack of communication and lack of compassion for those suffering. Had to have the hospital staff reach out again to finally have get Compassus to arrive. Once the RN finally arrived, she was hasty to begin the conversation, but was more worried about ensuring the paper will be completed, not the feelings and comfort of the family and patient. This company needs to focus more on compassion and urgency rather than their bottom line.

I work for a home healthcare agency and one of my clients had to go there temporarily so on my own…read morefree time, I went to visit my because I care about her when I got there. I noticed that my was being mistreated. I said something to the charge nurse because I felt like if they knew her background story they give her more but instead they agency that I work for and try to get me fired. They told the agency that I came up there and basically caused a disturbance and was yelling when all I did was asked if my client can have more pillows because she could not breathe. All I did was show that my client had someone outside of the facility who cared about her I would not recommend this facility to anyone because if they are not empathetic to their why are they even in business?
