They provide the best service possible. I do not see one way they could improve on it. They can respond to the problem very quickly, all three times either that day or the next day. They were friendly, professional, conscientious, and considerate in dealing with someone else's home. They resolved the issue and when they were finished, they straightened out the area (the garage) noticeably more than it had been before they started. I was picking up a few holiday sales items for next season. I intended to spend more time in there shopping however, a young mother and her little boy were in the store, the child was running all over the place with the mom walked around on a call with the speaker phone on. It really killed the calm atmosphere I usually get to enjoy in Kirkland, I wish an employee would have tried to correct that. I will still continue my shopping at this location.

They placed a large order with the manufacturer and apparently that made it easier for them. I would have been mUch more impressed if they had agreed to exchange immediately and have been more concerned about my customer satisfaction. Bottom line...they have a nice selection of unusual lights and fans, mostly not in stock, so you have to wait for them and be sure you LOVE what you order because the penalty for exchange could be stiff.

I go online to see who sells the brand of fan in my den and find that Destin Lighting, a few miles from my house, is listed... So I called them! James answered the phone and listened as I described what I was looking for and what troubleshooting I had already done and asked me to hold... He comes back on the phone says he has a switch and a remote control for the fan (which we did not get when we moved in 8 years ago). "Fantastic !" I say.... "I'm headed past your place in 20 minutes " he says "how bout I drop these by and you can see if it fixes your problem ?". Half hour later, in the midst of Coronavirus fun, my problem is solved! Just called to settle over the phone at an outstanding cost... I am immeasurably motivated by the extra mile customer service and James trust in me.... they will have my future business!

I don't know what I would do without them, Scott Creed has been particularly helpful. I don't know if this is a great place to shop retail, as I believe their niche is designing lighting for homes. If you just need a light bulb, you can buy it here, but why not just get one off the internet or go to Home Depot.
