She is so patient and not at all pushy about treatments or products. My skin is in better shape than it was 10 years ago and I really appreciate her help and guidance.

Instead, I ended up with wrinkles I never had before. My forehead began forming lines that were not present prior to treatment. Because of the damage, I had to spend an additional $715 on Botox just to try to correct what Emface did--yet my forehead is still moving, the wrinkles are still there, and my brows look even worse. On top of that, I've been experiencing more headaches since the treatment. And my eyebrows now have an unnatural "bat wing" shape that makes me look constantly surprised. It's embarrassing and has affected my confidence. I called the office, explained everything in detail, and even offered to do another ARIA scan so they could compare before-and-after images and see the changes for themselves. This was after I had already spent thousands of dollars with them. No one ever followed up. No call. No email. No concern. Nothing. A reputable med spa should stand behind their results and at the very least check on a patient who reports new wrinkles, visible asymmetry, and headaches after treatment. Not long after that, I started going to Dr. Lyos (at his location in the Woodlands) for these treatments. As the years passed, and my areas of concern changed, I'd ask Dr. Lyos for his opinion on addressing these new areas. If you haven't met him yet, you need to understand a little about Dr. Lyos. He's professional, reserved, and he won't recommend or support any treatment that won't give you the results you're hoping for. (And, more importantly, he'll politely inform you if your expectations are in need of a reset.) Moreover, he's not a plastic surgeon who's keen on completely overhauling the way you look--so, if you're going in hoping to **subtly** enhance your lips, or get rid of your wrinkles, you won't have to worry about coming out looking like Kylie Jenner, or like someone's pulling your whole scalp back. Depending on your hair type may be helpful if you had your preferred hair products and communicated to the team your needs. There is a drying station available to get your hair blow dried but my mom and i opted to not get hair blown there ( have 4c hair) and would prefer to do on my own with my own products.
