Sat me down and told me how to adjust my chair, she gave me a complimentary bottle of Fiji water and offered chocolates. I have been to other foot spas in the past where they give you a quick back massage while your feet is soaking, but this place is strictly knees to toes. Ok, so the ottoman opens up and converts to a foot bath where I was able to soak my feet. You literally soak for 1 min after that your foot massage begins, while my feet was soaking I took out my phone Vivian said "do you need the wifi" . I don't remember the name of the guy who did my feet but he was magical, and before you knew it. I was knocked out. The chairs was really comfortable. Cons: - while getting your feet massage they don't give you a blanket like most places they give you a really big towel ( it looks like a blanket but it's not) it hard and rough. - they don't give the courtesy back rub ( which you never appreciate until you don't have it ) - chair massage. I paid $10 extra for 10 min for a chair massage cause I needed a quick run down and that's exactly what it was a quick rub down.
