Went on a Sunday afternoon for music. It was pretty busy and they did a nice job behind the bar. The burger was good. Would go back.

We went to the Phone Booth to see "Liars for Hire". This band is a fun night out. They interact with the audience, and play great classic rock music. We met Danny the lead singer, and we had so much fun dancing the night away with the full dance floor. The "Phone Booth " is agreat night out with great music, and cheap drinks. The food is great, and we go back every Friday night. read more

A group of us was there a couple times for the bands when we walked in the place smelled of heavy grease not to mention it was hot in there . The food we ordered was not good at all . The tables were sticky . They only thing good about our experience was seeing the bands. I definitely would not recommend this place. read more

How do you end the perfect date? At a comfortable bar where everyone seems to know each other, the staff is friendly, and the beer is cold! We showed up around 11 and caught the end of a great band. Sometimes in these smaller places the band can be too loud and overpowering. That was not the case here, it was perfect balance. I could hear the music AND my date!!! We got a couple of pitchers to enjoy while we played pool ($1/game) and darts. My only complaint is that the corner we were in got really crowded when we were playing darts when there were other people on both pool tables and sitting at the side tables. As I started this review, I was notified that businesses are trying their best during Covid. NOT THIS PLACE! The server was rude, the food is nasty, the bartender is lazy. I went there to listen to music, the server was just out and out rude. I was there with my mother and her friend. There had questions about the menu and the server was annoyed. And actually left in the middle of my mom ordering, her parting comment was "I hate old people " 45 minutes later she hasn't returned, no drinks, and thank goodness for my mother being a better person. The band played for three hours. In that time we all got the wrong food, horribly cold, and the wrong drinks. The lounge wasn't anywhere need busy. We finally went to the bar to order drinks, the bartender didn't know what a Long Island ice tea was, as I was informed they don't serve tea. They lost several hundred dollars from our table of eight that night. Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else! read more

This is a dive bar. But I didn't think it was that bad of a place. There is a huge patio outside, both covered and uncovered, with tv's as well to enjoy the good weather, or to go smoke in the adverse weather. There are a few pool tables and tons of dart boards. They had a live band that was pretty good. Sound wasn't overpowering, and you could hear them through the whole place, even in the back. Where they get you though is their drinks. Even for beer, its kinda expensive. They have signs up all over about buckets of beer on Fridays and Saturdays, but what they don't mention is that its only until 7pm, so not in the evening. So drinks are pricey, pool is cheap, music is good. It's not bad. I'd say 3.5, but I'm in a good mood so I'll round up :P read more

Great dance floor, great music. We have get-togethers here almost every Friday or Saturday, and in all this time there was only one band that was too loud - other than that, the bands have been great with lots and lots of dance music, mostly classic rock. Don't come for the food, it's not that great and pricey for what you get, deep fried bar food. We usually meet first for dinner elsewhere, then head over to the Phone Booth for the music and dancing. The service is OK but they never seem to have enough servers on Friday or Saturday nights (when they're usually packed). But overall, this is a great place if you're in the mood to get out, get your party on and do some dancing! :-) read more

The WORST bar or dining experience I have ever had. The lemon drop martini was watered down completely and barely even had flavor. I tried to send it back. The waitress refused because "I can't serve it to anyone else now". I asked for a wine instead and set the martini on the bar. She brought me a glass of wine demanding that I pay for the wine as well. I asked to see a manager. She said there was no manager, but I could speak to the bartender. The bartender came over, told me that she AND the waitress both tasted the martini I returned and could taste the alcohol. I thought the bartender was a professional woman's wrestler and she was going to punch me. She accused me of drinking a drink for free and expecting I have a second drink for free. I had already paid for a martini and an appetizer and was so shocked at how indignant, rude and awful the staff was my friend and I walked out. You couldn't pay me or my friend to go back into the hellhole. They will not be in business for long! read more

Drinks were fairly priced. Fairly friendly dive bar atmosphere. Karaoke wait is a little too long for such a small crowd. The lady behind the bar had a tendency to disappear if she saw you needed/wanted something. I wanted to order some "breaded chicken chunks". After she disappeared for 30 minutes she came back and said it might be too late for a food order. She gave in and put in my order. The "breaded chicken chunks" we're nothing more than 10 frozen chicken nuggets served with a side of sauce. $7 for that? You paid less than that for the bag they came out of. I might come back, but it sure as hell won't be for food. read more

This is a dive bar with darts and pool tables and live band but just OK place. The beer was over priced with signs that said $10 buckets on Fri and Sat but its not at night. It just isn't that great of a bar. read more

Very much a local dive bar, but not so bad really. We go here for karaoke nights (wednesdays), the karaoke is great but the rotation is a little long. Super cheap drink specials and pretty good bar food to boot. The crowd is a little older for karaoke but everyone is super friendly and the sound is great. read more

Always good for some classic music and fair drink prices. Went three weeks ago to new location on Whipp Rd. Not the same atmosphere but similar customers. THE BAD: Within 30 mins. a large man in athletic shorts (Worse than casual) was punched and fell over. A woman who I believe worked there told the puncher to leave. The victim had too many drinks and stumbled around, went outside, came back and picked up a tooth on the floor. Some staffer covered blood on a seat cushion with a bar rag. Next I noticed some type of crime scene/forensic show on the TVs while the band was playing. Turn them off. No one is looking or needs the distractor. They are there to drink and listen to the band. Another..not enough help and unorganized in waiting on bar customers and tables. I like your bands but please do better. read more
