I think Sprint is a fairly decent company and haven't had problems with any other store, but avoid this store at all cost. They have horrible customer service. Each of my three visits I waited at least 10 minutes to be greeted and at least 30 minutes to be waited on. The manager Ashley was unprofessional. She dressed like she just crawled out bed. During our discussion she said little more than "That's store policy" and just plain refused to help me out. At one point she rolled her eyes and walked away from me. She was not only rude to me but also a coworker who she berated in front of me. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but still I couldn't believe the way she acted and treated others. My sister went to another Sprint store and was in and out in twenty minutes and they shipped her phone to her.
