Paid 250 plus for a screen replacement and some kind of 35 vacuum water suction thing . Phone is working better but screen is flickering off and on still , definitely still need to get it checked out further . Unfortunately this was the only shop in town so I had no other options but to pay the overpriced screen replacement . Screen replacement is usually around 60. This guy is laughing all the way to the bank. I handed a card to the cashier to pay and he claimed his card machine wasn't working and he only accepted cash . This caused me to have to walk to Walgreens and pay an additional ATM machine fee to pull out cash . After I overpaid for the service , he so nicely offered 15 percent off items in his store ... I wasn't amused . He also offered to sell me an overpriced "waterproof " case to hold my phone . As he was showing me how the case "worked " it was falling apart . If you are in an emergency situation like I was it'll get the job done but by he pricing is unreasonable . read more

Who would have guessed that it rains in the rainforest? And that iPhones aren't compatible with rain? Anyways, my very wet phone sat in a bag of rice on Saturday and has to wait til Monday before this iPhone repair shopped opened. I was advised to come here by several people and it was close enough to where I was staying. They opened their doors at 10:30pm and like one other person whose phone met the same fate, we were explained that our phones will be disassembled, pieces of it would be dried, then an analysis will determine if the damaged item would be repairable. I think I was quoted $29.99 to leave my phone for four hours. I came back and learned that it was the motherboard that was affected and they could not do anything to salvage it (argg, I should have done the data backup!). They said the motherboard would cost just as much as a new phone.. I would normally be very upset but since it was my work phone, I felt okay with the diagnosis since my phone would be replaced at no charge to me by my company (phew!). They said they would only charge me $20 for my diagnosis since it wasn't a positive one but since their credit card machine was down, they just let me walk with my phone. Overall, they did what they could in a reasonable amount of time, I felt very comfortable with the direction they gave me and they walked me through the entire process. Please beware of store policy, not posted, that they will not accept returns for credit, and told me I'd have to come back Monday (two days later) "when the owner was there", to get credit for an iPhone adaptor I'd purchased, but didn't work. Strangely, when I tried the adaptor at the store when I first purchased it, it seemed to work. But it would not take a charge when I tried, repeatedly, to get it to do so in my hotel room. A neighbor's adaptor did work, and allowed me to recharge the phone. and to confirm that the issue was with my purchased adaptor. In any case, what credible store wouldn't take the word of the customer and simply credit them for their purchase? Apparently, this one. Buyers beware! read more

My friend's phone cracked in the airport on the way to Puerto Rico. We were walking to dinner and found this internet cafe and as well they fix cracked iPhones. We went this morning as soon as they opened, the owner was extremely nice and amazingly priced. The complete front of her iPhone 4s and front camera was broken. He fixed in an hour 1 hour & 15 mins and it came out to $58 w/ taxes. They speak English and Spanish which is a def plus for tourist. He was so professional and did an amazing job! read more

Came here to restore my IPhone. Great little place, with friendly staff and plenty of computers to use, modern, and with a small coffee bar. I went to a fed ex store down the street that was a rip off. The fed-ex computer was so slow they must have had a dial-up modem, and wasted 45 minutes. Came down to Cybernet Cafe and fixed my iphone problem right away. read more

We had purchased new screen before arriving to PR but couldn't get it replaced before leaving states due to no one having the proper tool yet to change out screen. Located across the street from the Marriott Stella Maris, this conveniently located internet cafe provides tourists and locals internet access in a cozy environment. It's great from the local viewpoint, but compared to other internet cafe's, the location is small. Great staff and quick internet speeds makes this a reliable choice when choosing to connecting to the net. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHADY LOW QUALITY BUSINESS! Had a terrible experience! Took my cell phone for screen repair. The screen did not function properly and the colors looked dull to top it off the technician or owner pretended he didn't notice the dim color on the phone. Also take a close look at the policy, by taking the phone with your device you are indicating it is in perfect condition so when they say your device has a guarantee for 14 days it really does not. read more
