The most recent repair started having problems again in less than two weeks, and the first phone is now having screen issues again just a couple of months after the repair. The aftermarket screens are very thick, poor quality, and noticeably drain batteries. At this point, I'm not interested in replacing these screens again just to have them last a week or a couple of months at best. I won't be returning, and I'll be sharing my experience with others so they can make an informed decision before spending their money here. Proceed with extreme caution.

The man replaced the battery as I waited and it did not work. I had been able to use it before I took it in and now it won't charge at all. He wanted me to leave it with them for a few days. I went to Phones Plus Computer Repair in Plant City Florida because my Iphone Xs Max needed a replacement battery. The battery was at 84% efficiency. I did a search and Phones Plus Computer Repair was the closest to me. I must say Enrique is the best. He's very knowledgeable and patient with me. I am suffering with Bell's Palsy and I have trouble talking because of it. There was no judgement at all. I am from NYC and there is a place in Forest Hills Queens I used to go to which is similar to Phones Plus Computer Repair. I went there for close to 10 years. In the past, Living in Florida, I used to ship my ipad or iphone to them in New York however, I had to pay for shipping sending and receiving. It was costly using UPS ground. I trusted the place in NYC. I will be a repeat customer. I felt taken care of. The store was immaculately clean and everything in it's place. I loved it. I have been to a few other place in Plant City and Brandon and the service is not as good as Phones Plus Computer Repair. The other places said that I'd receive and call and there were no calls and no texts. I had to reach out to them which was annoying. Enrique texted me. Walked into the store in late October. 3 employees there, zero customers. Still took like 40 minutes to explain to them that I need a battery replacement for my phone. They were chit-chatting about anime and washing machines and ignoring me like the cast of Clerks. I paid that day. They were supposed to call me when the battery came in. A month later, still nothing. Emailed them with my ticket number and asked where we're at. Response: "What iPhone is that for?". I don't use an iPhone and told them so. Again. Ghosted. A week later, I email them again, requesting a refund. I get a quick response with lots of apologies. Says he'll refund and replace the battery for free if I come into the store. I'm not worried about the battery, just want a refund. Ask for the funds to be refunded to my card. Ghosted. 6 days later (we're now well into December, btw), I go to the store today to get my refund in person. "Open" sign is lit up. Door is locked. Lights are out. Their closing hour on the door is 7pm. It's 5:30. I email them again and finally get my refund, without me having to come into the store. Go elsewhere
