Watch out for this lady! She is cruel. I booked with this lady months before my sisters wedding (my gift to her) and you won't believe she cancelled the day of the wedding because she had too much work to do! She did refund my money, but it wasn't easy finding another company the day of the event!!!! Do not use Photo Bash! Because she will try to bash YOU! We hired Photo Bash for our wedding. They were relatively inexpensive (we hired them for $300 for three hours). If I could do it over again, I'd gladly pay a little more money for a better photo booth. Don't hire this company. The TL;DR of this review is: bad customer service, slow photo booth with apathetic, non-communicative operator, and never sent me the CD they promised (but did send a digital file). First, once you've signed a contract with them, they are VERY hard to get a hold of. I had a few questions and a couple of weeks would go by with no email reply. Every time this happened, I called them and the lady gave me the same response: "Oh, we're training someone new. They must have forgotten." I believed it the first time, but I think this is their stock excuse for bad customer service. Second, I wasn't happy with the photo booth at the wedding. The lady arrived, set up the booth, but never told anyone when it was ready. So she was just sitting there until I realized no one was going there and announced it was open. I probably lost 15 minutes here. It takes a long time for her to set up and take down, but I can't complain because that's stipulated in the contract. It was worse than any photo booth I had experienced. The props were stuffed in this bag and you had to dig through it to find any. A good (or even average) photo booth will have them laid out so people can just grab them. The lady operating it was slow, apathetic, and took forever to do anything. Normally photo booths don't have someone working there, operating it. Between each click of the camera, there's like a 5-10 second lag, which makes the photos look posed instead of spontaneous. The line to use it was very slow-moving. I took four photos during the 3 hour time period and in total that took about 20 minutes. Photo booths should be quick, done in a few seconds to capture the spontaneity. After the wedding, they said they would send us all the photos within 48 hours. I emailed to check up (of course, no answer), then I called (I'm sorry, we were training someone and they forgot to reply to your email). She said that it wasn't in the contract to send us a digital file (this is wrong. My contract specifically said they WOULD send us that). She said our contract said they'd send a CD. I said OK. Waited a week or two, no CD. I called her - she said she'd resend it. It's been two months since the wedding and I know I'm never going to get the CD. She did, however, on my third complaint send me a digital file with all the photos, so I don't really care about the stupid CD. I was sad to see that for 3 hours of service (and dozens of friends interested in doing the photo booth), there were only about 40 photos. Since my friends were psyched for the booth, I am chalking this up to the slow photo booth itself and the lady operating it. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I booked them weeks in advance for an event. Confirmed with them multiple times. And no one showed up!!! The owner never called just texted that she would have to give us a refund because she had no one else to send. I understand things happen but it was just bad business! No one followed up or checked in just a no show! Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend that you hire this company! Just a flop for our event! read more

Honestly, I did not want a photo booth for my wedding but my step-mom insisted it would be fun to have. So I found Photo-Bash on Groupon and decided to book because it was cheap. Well let me just say "you get what you pay for". The set up was nice; however, majority of the props had nothing to do with wedding. There were graduation props in there which I couldn't understand why. So my guests took photos without any which I felt took away from the fun photo booth aspect. I was told I would receive a disc with all the images from the booth and still have not received it yet. I spoke with Inglishe when I returned from my honeymoon and she claims the attendant left it with one of my coordinators. I asked to have one mailed because I never received a disc from them. Still haven't received anything in the mail. Overall, I would have rather spent a little more money for better service which is unfortunate because I did not really want a photo booth in the first place and for it to be crappy just heightened my overall frustration. Choose a different company and save yourself a headache. read more
