I was on the fence because I thought the samples of their work was a little too artsy for my taste. My husband liked them right away because of that artistic quality. I am VERY happy with our decision to hire them! John and Lisa were the utmost professionals from beginning to end. They showed a genuine interest in shooting our wedding and had ideas for shots that we hadn't considered. Since we had a daytime wedding and reception, I was worried about that the lighting at both venues would be too harsh. I called John on short notice about this concern about a month before the wedding and he willingly dropped everything to go out the venue and check it out. He took a few photos to alleviate my concern. He went out again a couple of days before the wedding at the time the ceremony took place. They were punctual and professionally dressed on our wedding day. They were mindful of our tight timeline which I really appreciated. We were married in a very small, rustic chapel with very little room to move around. Lisa was crouched in a corner near the altar and captured some amazing shots during the ceremony. I loved the candid photos they took at both venues. Their turnaround time to produce the photos was incredibly fast - done in less than a week!! We were given 4 full discs of photos, 2 in a beautiful custom case. Outstanding quality. My only complaint was the lack of close up formal photos. It's minor, but I wish we didn't appear to be so far off in the distance in many of them. Overall, I would recommend the Rosenblums to any couple. Fantastic quality and service for a great value!

An industrious team, they took photos of couples, group photos, action shots of the performers, and even stayed for meet and greet photos after the show with comedian John Heffron. The attendees were grateful to be able to memorialize this fantastic night, which was without a doubt a night to remember! The discs of the photos were ready within a week, and they are dynamite! I feel confident recommending them for any session photography or event photography.

They had worked with our venue so much and knew exactly where to be and when and everything went like clockwork. Because they have so much experience, they were able to help with other things like planning an ideal schedule for the wedding and even makeup tips on what photographs the best. They have a great chemistry and work well together to make sure you're taken care of. First, the quality of the photos was so bad, we paid a different professional photographer to edit…read morethem. He sent us a long list of things that were done wrong. Jordan shot the entire wedding on 24mm and 85mm fixed focal length lenses, so the photos are all either too wide or too tight. The photographer who edited them said he never heard of anyone shooting a wedding with those lenses. Standard wedding photographers use 24-70mm and 70 -200mm lenses giving them a total range between 24-200 mm. Jordan didn't frame any of the photos correctly. He left huge amounts of empty space at the top of every image while cutting people in half. He shot everything very dark and exposed everything for the background instead of the subject, which is how you take landscape photos. He didn't cull the images. He just dumped everything in a gallery. He didn't crop any of them. The edits were terrible. They felt very gray and the skin tones were wrong. They were grainy because he maximized the contrast on every photo. He did not edit the subject and the background separately. He applied one edit to the entire photo. He shot nothing but the back of peoples heads during the reception. He didn't use any off camera flash even though it was an outdoor nighttime reception, Second, he didn't take any close up photos during the ceremony or our first dance. There are no photos of us putting rings on each other's fingers. There are no photos that show how we looked at each other during the ceremony or our first dance. The ceremony photos are wide shots taken from behind our guests. The first dance photos feel like snap shots taken by guests. Third, he failed to photograph so many things. He didn't take photos of our guests during dinner. Every wedding photographer does that. We had a javelina theme. Metal javelinas on the guest tables, vases full of string lights with javelina silhouettes on them for centerpieces, javelina towels in the bathroom and kitchen, etc. He didn't photograph any of that. We were blending families. We had 4 separate cakes with each member of the family choosing a filling and flower color. We talked about the significance during our toast and made cute little signs that listed the type of cake and who picked it that sat on a buffet table with the cake slices. He didn't photograph those. Before you hire Jordan, ask him to show you the full 773 photo gallery he gave Lisa and Julian of their wedding on 9/27/25. If he stands by his work, he will show it to you and you can decide for yourself. Personally, I am devastated. This was an extremely important once in a lifetime event that we can never recreate. Photos are very important to me. I take a million photos and display them throughout my house. My wedding photos literally make me cry.

Our friends had great wedding coordinators and vendors so everyone we encountered was super friendly. There were two sets of bathrooms readily accessible from where the reception was held. The space is really nice - not too large to where space felt underutilized but not too small where it's claustrophobic. It was a great venue and very beautiful overall.

The day of all the employees like Debi Georgina John all said hi and checked on me. They truly went out of their way. They wanted to make sure I was good along with the groom. They help me get ties and boutonnieres to people. They made sure that the ceremony ran perfectly along with the reception. They helped me out in anyway possible. They did everything that I ever even envisioned and more. But I just can't tell you how much I love Debi. Any concerns, any worries that I had she listened. She didn't judge she really helped me through it all especially when I had conservative parents who tried to put opinions in. She was absolutely an amazing person to work with planning my wedding. She made the planning process so easy I really had no stress at all. I do want to thank Tim from unforgettable events that the venue provided. Anyways, I attended a wedding at this venue and the venue was beautiful. I however noticed a few things and had a few interactions with the staff that left a bad taste in my mouth with this venue. The night seemed rushed. The couple seemed to be stressed out and did not know what to do next. I saw not one person offering them assistance which prompted me to later ask the couple if they had a wedding planner. They said the venue provided a planner but did not have any guidance which matched what I witnessed during my experience. Next, during the toasts champagne were passed out. At the time I was breastfeeding my one month old and had a four year old with me. I, and my four year old, were poured champagne. I got up and walked over to a server and asked for the cider (i knew was there because the bride and groom confirmed prior to the wedding) and was told they aren't sure there's any left. I asked the mother of the groom and she said there's no way they ran out which promoted the server to FINALLY go check. Lastly, I noticed they were cleaning up the decorations on the tables around 10:30. I asked a server if the wedding was over and we were getting kicked out and she responded with "we like to clean up early". This also matches the obvious lack of guidance in planning as no one knew if we were being pushed out or not. The whole thing felt rushed and I will NOT have my wedding here.

I thought they were gone forever and i felt like i was going to puke. I messaged Alisha just hoping that like other businesses shed get back to me someday. Well Alisha responded literally immediately. Alisha responded quicker than my mom when i told her i was going in to labor with my first baby. And within the hour i had all of our photos back. They provide a contract immediately to help make sure you understand your options and select the package that best fits your needs. They are very communicative and do not mind answering your questions. The entire process was painless, they accept electronic forms of payment and electronic signatures. Further, they are responsive via email. The pictures are phenomenal. While we were taking them not every background was perfection, yet when I look at the individual photos the background is not an issue at all. Steven is so talented that the photo process feels organic. The video was perfection. It was edited to include all the most important parts, including music, and will be treasured for years to come. They provided a flash drive of all the photos that made it easy to print and access each photo. Furthermore, they provide a file of Steven Palm labeled photos that way you can share on social media. I find this to be a very generous aspect. I would use Steven Palm again in a heartbeat.
