I was extremely impressed at the quality and attention we were given by these photographers because the price was not outrageous. Steven Palm Photography is a very professional operation. They provide a contract immediately to help make sure you understand your options and select the package that best fits your needs. They are very communicative and do not mind answering your questions. The entire process was painless, they accept electronic forms of payment and electronic signatures. Further, they are responsive via email. The pictures are phenomenal. While we were taking them not every background was perfection, yet when I look at the individual photos the background is not an issue at all. Steven is so talented that the photo process feels organic. The video was perfection. It was edited to include all the most important parts, including music, and will be treasured for years to come. They provided a flash drive of all the photos that made it easy to print and access each photo. Furthermore, they provide a file of Steven Palm labeled photos that way you can share on social media. I find this to be a very generous aspect. I would use Steven Palm again in a heartbeat.

We chose her partial planning option so she worked with us throughout our engagement but we split the workload (which we wanted since, admittedly, it was hard to give up some control). Once we found our other vendors, Mollee did a wonderful job communicating with/between them, keeping us on track, and giving advice/making decisions on design aspects (which is what we felt we needed the most help with: trying to make everything cohesive). Sometimes we asked for advice, and sometimes we completely deferred to Mollee for a design choice, and we couldn't be happier with the result!! We also used her other company, Posh Petals, for our florals, and those turned out amazing as well. The wedding was GORGEOUS, and this might be too much pressure to put on her for the future, but there were literally no issues/hiccups throughout the wedding day (at least that we, the bride and groom, knew about). The schedule was so detailed and organized that we even ran slightly ahead of schedule and got to open dancing earlier!
