He was impatient with my lack of knowledge , appeared not to have time for this, although there was not one other customer in the store. I left feeling embarrassed and insulted - I won't go back. And I still need to have my picture printed but I will not go into a store again.

This is a very special photography place in the city. The man who runs it is Randal Kabatoff and…read morewhat he offers is extremely diverse, ranging from the very corporate to the very personal. He is a gifted photographer but also an intuitive creator. I went through an exercise with him for a story I once wrote for a local paper and he created a photo composite based on how I saw myself at the time. We "co-created" the photo through an interview and various photo shoots. In one meeting I jumped on a trampoline in his back yard in my pjs to create a flying effect for a portrait. (I sometimes fly in my dreams over city scapes, and he wanted to capture this in our composite). Back at his studio he combined photographic elements on his computer. He describes the end result as a way of making visible the human spirit which is hidden or lost. It's photography taken to a new level as a tool for self-reflection and possibly healing. Kabatoff does much, much more in his studio. This is one of his passionate side projects. They have mass volumes of stock photos and all sorts of marketing work they do too. His space is also a hub for artists to gather and for workshops.

Thought this would a a nice pick me up and I am going out of my way to support businesses that are trying to stay open during this pandemic. For $42 received 4 bruised bananas, 3 soft apples, 3 oranges that were stringy. The handful of grapes were ok. I am totally able to understand that in these times that perhaps nice fruit may not be available, however I think that this location of Edible Arrangements would be ashamed to send something like this out. I believe that a message acknowledging the poor quality would be more appropriate and would have shown pride. This was not the case. And the response I received was insulting. "I am sorry to hear you are unhappy but this is the quantity that corporate office directs and we will use the pictures your sent for staff training." It ended on a nice note when our lovely neighbours dropped off a care package of fruit from Sobey's. Banana's that weren't disgusting, nice raspberries and strawberries, lovely apples and oranges, melon and blueberries. $17.

I was so excited to find out that if you call in an order by 5pm, you will receive it that same day. Since they are open until 7, Edible Arrangements is a great gift idea that works with my schedule! Well yesterday was the day where my Sister In Law gave birth to my newest little niece so I called Edible Arrangements in the early afternoon to order an arrangement for pick up just after 5. I got there and it was ready and waiting for me in the cooler. Additionally, because I had signed up to be a part of their club while on the phone, I saved $5 on the arrangement. It was just a great experience from start to finish with the great staff encounters I had, both in person and on the phone. I appreciated the hours they are open and the opportunity to order on the day of. And I think it's a great gift idea - I figured there would be lots of flowers gifted to my sister in law and that they would appreciate something they could snack on, while she recovers in the hospital and then at home.
