From the time I walked in, took the photo, waited for them to be developed was 10 minutes. If you're like me you appreciate the efficiency paired with the friendly service. I was surprised to see that Snappy snaps can do more than just passport photos. They do everything and anything photo related and can make wonderful gifts. Would I go back? Yes! They will be my go to place for all of my photo needs.

Whilst waiting for my photos to be printed, I also observed other customers interacting with staff members and was very impressed by the professionalism and standard of service shown to every customer. I was surprised that the passport photos were so reasonably priced, for such a personalised service, and in the West End too. I also didn't know there was such a range of products that could be photo-printed, so I will definitely be checking these out. All in all, an excellent customer experience.

They chise the best one, formatted it and the passport pictures were ready to pickup 30 mns later. At pickup the people were lovely, the place neat. All happened quickly and efficiently. He has a great team, all very knowledgeable about anything you need to know. I've used Snappy Snaps for quick turnaround posters I needed for an event in Mayfair. They are very talented in image correction, great for making the most of valuable images which may be damaged or corrupted. I know this sounds crazy, but it's a very clean shop. That matters to me. After a refurbishment a few years ago, (a car smashed into and destroyed the front) they have created a wonderful work/display area downstairs which makes it so much easier to see, touch and discuss what you need. Scott nurtures amateur photographers (I can personally contest to this as he hired a friend of mine, who is now a photographer in her own right). In summary, aside from the utterly charming shopfront, you will be guaranteed a warm welcome and a one stop shop for all your photography/printing needs. I will also mention, because he won't, he has also taken official photos of our Queen, but he's just as happy at a kids party

Contrary to my prediction about the demise of the high street photo developer as a business, they…read moreare still going strong today. I think this is partly due to the lack of user-friendliness and quality of home photo printing (surely a business opportunity there) but also these shops have been very good at reinventing themselves. These days, you can still get the basic photo printing service and the photo machines there accept photos on almost any electronic media. Besides paper, they also print onto hats, t-shirts, keyrings, mugs and other gift items. I think they're missing a slight trick in not allowing customers to play with the images/backgrounds on screen before printing - a cinch with modern computing packages. I've also used them for converting some older videos onto DVD, which is a useful service. Having them now in digital format will hopefully fullproof them for awhile at least. My sister also popped in here on Sunday to go some photos done for a visa. The service was fast and we walked out with the 4 photos and images burnt onto disc for £7. Snappy Snaps still meet a need in this digital age and they did provide a snappy service.

It's not a first choice as all Snappy Snaps are overpriced, but I needed a handful of photos printed for an event and discovered that their 1hour or 30 minute services are double the cost of their Kodak printer machine. Yes, the quality is higher, but at over £1 per print? NO. I only ended up here as the instant photo machines at no less than 3 Boots locations couldn't read my memory stick. Thankfully, the machine here worked. I paid through the nose, but needs must!

I've used their service to develop & scan my color negative film & have never been disappointed…read more The scans were high quality & they always made sure the negatives were cleaned prior to scanning so they did not show dust. Friendly customer service. They used to have same day service, but not anymore. They also do passport photos. I like to go across to M&S & have a snack while I wait for the photos!
