I have thought long and hard about posting this review, but I think I should warn people about my…read moreexperience. I chose this company because it was one of the less expensive ones and I liked the fact that an early setup of the tent was $150. It was a clearly separate charge from the rental cost of the tent, tables and chairs. When we decided we needed to rent a second tent, I assumed the flat fee of $150 would apply. Wrong. The contact person I had been dealing with told me it was not $150 but half the total cost of the entire contract, which was rental for the tent, table and chairs and tent sides . The extra day rental ballooned from a flat $150 to over twice that amount. The contact person explained she had made a mistake and should have included all of these items in the original contract. I went back to the original contract and saw, clearly stated, that the extra day was a flat fee and not half the total contract amount. I felt terrible because I felt I was being ripped off and had to go through the contract since no other vendors had tents available for my dates. I brought the original contract to the attention of the contact person, and she said she would 'give (me) the tables and chairs, but not the extra tent. Anyway, long story short, I had tent, tables and chairs delivered a day early, paid $150 for that, had the second tent delivered on the normal setup day and just paid for a second delivery charge. Conclusion : if you deal with this company, be sure to keep all your records and emails, so there is no switching of terms mid-stream. The tents, tables and chairs were fine (except for one broken table they replaced) and the set up crews nice and efficient.

We had dj baron (Jason) at our wedding last weekend in waitsfield and he was awesome! We even had a couple of guests who wanted to pay Jason to stay longer. We were a little skeptical about hiring a dj that typically is a club dj for our wedding but turned out to be one of the smarter decisions we made. He really could not have done a better job. He incorporated our tastes into the night but was able to read the crowd and keep them happy. Completely professional and a great guy.

He's a good guy and plays great music, and his rates are incredibly reasonable. Only slight complaint is that he has his own ideas about what good music is, and some guests told us that they requested songs that he refused to play! But I sort of respect that, and the music he did play was awesome. We nearly hired someone much more expensive to come up from Boston, which would have been exceptionally stupid. We planned our wedding in Plattsburgh (at Valcour) from Los Angeles, which could have been very stressful, but Kyle was always available to speak with via email or phone. Fosters' was flexible with our design plan (and changing ideas!) and even installed all of our greenery in our tent! We used their clear tent and outside dance floor set up, and it turned out beautifully--even better than what we had imagined. Their service was also amazing! The actual wedding day was very windy and two of our tent chandeliers' power cords came loose, so Kyle and the Fosters' team drove up to the venue and fixed everything seamlessly and without second thought -- it was truly exceptional service!
