Luckily she went to the Post Office to send her application off. The lady at the Post Office said that the photos were incorrect and would need to be re-done. My Mum had to go back to Snappy Snap to have them re-do the photos. Their excuse? It was "the computer's fault"! Seriously??? They don't have someone on staff who knows what a Passport Photo should look like? Pathetic service. Just glad I live in the US or I'd be going to see the Manager myself.

The location is great as it overlooks the market square, unfortunately that is as good as it gets! The hotel is very dated and is in need of a major refurbishment, the rooms are tired and need complete refurbishment. There is free wireless in the lounge near reception which is a good thing. The bar is small and shuts early, it is very difficult to get a drink after 11pm (although some of the bars in town should still be open).
