Our experience with them has been by far the worst excperiance with a photographer I've ever had! The only pictures that we liked where the ones that we told Phil to take. & he didn't take very many of the ones we asked. He had no creative poses honestly they where very weired & many of our pictures I am imbarresd to show. He didn't get any pictures with my grandparents in them & only one with our parents. He was sitting down eating during the reception instead of taking pictures. Oh & did I mention it's been 5 months since our wedding & we don't even have our prints, our albums & our cd with our photos yet! It's absolutely rediculous. Their isn't any comunication after you get marred with them about when your photos will be ready. I've emailed several times & according to them they where going to be ready 3 weeks ago. My husband called yesterday & their still not ready due to a "fire" & now they want to charge is shipping cost for everything...that was never in our contract we paid everything before the wedding. I recently used Chris to photograph our condo in OC, MD. This is an investment property for us…read more We communicated through text and email. He took pictures of our condo in a timely manner. I paid for the pictures, without paying much attention to them (my fault). After my wife and property manager voiced their disappointment with the quality of the pictures I contacted Chris to see if he would be willing to stop by the condo and take some additional pictures. He said because it was 2 weeks after the session and I had downloaded the pictures that he was unwilling to take any additional pictures. That is his right but I think it is bad business. He lives there. It would take a relatively small investment of his time and resources to make a customer happy. His website says up to 100 pictures for the package. I received 82. I asked if he would take an additional 18 to bring it to the 100 mark. He said no, which again is his right because he noted his site says "UP TO" 100 pictures for the package. One last thing that stood out was the difference in price that he quoted me $350 and the site on his site which is $300. He did it for $300 but the difference in the quote and the site prices was questionable. I would just think in the industry of photography, that is almost completely service driven, what I asked for to make the situation better was not a very big ask. I would be more than happy to share the pictures with anyone that would like to see them and make up their own mind about the quality. In addition to my wife and property manager, the first person we had in the condo said "the pictures don't do the place justice". That really says it all!
