Desinfectant was at the door, spots on the floors were there to help with physical distancing and the 2 ladies that were working were super welcoming and also very surprised that I was the 9th customer coming for the exact same picture, I guess everybody took this time off to update their paperwork. They used proper lighting and light diffusers and showed me several takes to choose from. Honestly all of them were perfect. The difference between the old photo and the new one is huge. They have a good selection of nice frames of different sizes at reasonable prices. We were able to pick out a frame and print our pictures from her phone on the spot. Not only that, but the nice salesman in the store volunteered to place the photos in the frame and hang a picture wire on it for us, thus saving me about 30 minutes of work at home and doing a much better job of it in the process. I know it's usually easier and cheaper to send things off to Walmart or similar, but for something special there's no substitute for expert and professional service at a place like this.
