If you have a car accident as my daughter did a major one and just went to see them for follow up, they never told her any of this!!!!! My daughter has Florida blue insurance unfortunately but not anymore due the lack of customer service, over billing and failing to notify her that they can bill whatever they want for a visit for a car accident and they do not bill the car insurance. Had she known that she would have walked out of office. She and I called many times and were on hold over and hour then disconnected. By the way I am a nurse, and they charged her 479.00 for code 99214 which is outrages,62.00 for J2360 and 106.00 for 96372 just to give an injection. I did medical billing and they say that they negotiate with florida lue doctors they refer you to so please check to make sure. Everyone in this office is nasty but at the time she had no choice to get that insurance unfortunately. Your customer service sucks oh wait she can't even get into website as its always down. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and AMA and notifying newspapers and news channels as she never knew about this was never told even when she gave them car insurance info. She is too anxious stressing about owing bill. I want a response today before I start notifying everyone and I am sure many people that have complaints would love a class action lawsuit. It was not until approximately 7:00 PM that another nurse finally brought me water along with my food. Around 6:00 PM, I used the call button because I needed assistance. My call was not answered, and no one came to check on me. My husband eventually went to find Nurse Racquel, who reportedly stated that she was too busy. After waiting approximately 20 more minutes without assistance, my husband tried to help me himself. During this process, a monitor alarm was triggered. Despite the alarm sounding and Nurse Racquel being near the doorway, no one came to assist or even turn off the alarm. As a result of the delay, I was unable to hold my bladder any longer and ended up urinating on myself and on the shoes of the staff when they finally arrived. This was humiliating and completely avoidable had assistance been provided when requested. Additionally, I did not receive pain medication until approximately 8:00 PM, despite being in significant discomfort. I found this level of care unacceptable. Patients should be treated with respect, have their basic needs addressed in a timely manner, and receive prompt assistance when requesting help. I ask that this incident be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

A family member recently needed to be transported to a hospital. Due to bad experiences in the…read morepast, we asked that they be transported to another hospital but were told that they had to transport the patient to Westside or they could load the patient into our car so that we could take them to a hospital of our choice. We had no choice but to let the ambulance take our family member to Westside. We were worried since the last two visits here were not the best. Surprisingly, our experience was totally different from the ones that we had years ago. Our family member was taken care of in a timely fashion, had the proper tests performed and we were kept in the loop during the whole process. I hope that the next time our family member needs emergency care, that they will receive the same care and attention that they received during this visit.

I was paired with the soonest available appointment with Dr. Sean Del Grego and he was pleasant and respectful during our interaction. I explained to him why I was working with this nutritionist and SHOWED him multiple times the labs I need (27 items on the list) and he assured me multiple times after reading the list that MOST, if not ALL, maybe miss 1 or 2 things would be requested. That is what he told me. I was over the moon.. until I got my results, sent them to my nutritionist and she tells me that he only ordered 6 out of the 27 listed. Annoying. I called to complain and Nikki was very understanding and passed along the info to Doris, I believe shes the manager. She calls me and that call was a joke. She continued to tell me over and over that the doctor Told her the labs I asking for were not medically necessary... cool well that's not what he told me. She continued to tell me "he said he was clear not all of those panels would be ordered"... cool, that's NOT what he told me. He was actually pretty clear in that the majority would be ordered. I don't appreciate the fact that he couldn't be upfront about the what could and couldn't be done, I feel like he did not listen and was not transparent. They even have self check-in kiosks, which is such a great option if you prefer not to wait in line. The atmosphere was another pleasant surprise... the relaxing spa music playing throughout the office honestly made me feel like I was about to get a massage at a five-star resort, not sit in a waiting room. The efficiency here is unmatched. The second I checked in and sat down, they called me in. I didn't even have time to pull out my phone! I'm used to spending hours at doctor's offices, but not here. Even once I was in the exam room, I didn't wait long at all. I was in and out so quickly, I actually had to figure out what else to do with the rest of my day (a first for me at a doctor's appointment!). They also conveniently offer lab work being done here, instead of going to Quest or another location. As for Dr. Maria Cortti Ferrari... she was wonderful. Friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable as a new patient, and I left feeling confident that I chose the right office. Both times it happened to me. Luckily I was early for both appointments and did not end up being late even after I sat for a few minutes in the wrong office. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and professional. The staff is wonderful. They have a great bed side manner that puts you at ease. For the CT Scan, they called me prior to let me know of the financial responsibility I had. They also called to remind me of the appointment. The office is clean and comfortable. I did not have a long wait time. They took me right after I had filled out the paperwork and paid my out of pocket responsibility. This way when I was done with my exam, I could just leave. There is plenty of free parking and a nice seating area right outside if you need to take a phone call. Excellent facility and professional staff!

His bedside manner is outstanding. He sat eye level with my dad and had patience with my dad's responses to his questions( my dad is forgetful and slow to respond). He even made some funny jokes along the way. He was very throughout in his assessment and explaining the plan of care with my dad and my self. All of the staff especially Katherine were exceptionally pleasant and made sure the follow up and instructions were understood. I am so grateful this will be my dad's new primary care physician.
