A little shop that makes your Vietnamese Banh Mi, aka Viet Roll in Australia, to order! They have all the ingredients laid out and they literally make your sandwich as you order them and add chili per request. We ordered about 8 sandwiches - they messed one up and put in the wrong type of meat - but overall they got mostly everything correct. There's lots of ladies working so they're always ready to help the next customer. Because they're made to order though, if you get a lot, it takes a bit for them to make them all. The bread is fresh and the ingredients are all really fresh as well. I love me a cold cut banh mi dac biet, aka cold cut meats with everything in it! I thought the flavors were a bit different from what I'm used to but it was good. My family loved their grilled pork sandwiches as well! The cafe sua da aka Vietnamese coffee was strong and flavorful and lives up to the expectations! I also go the corn dessert, aka che bap, in a tapioca/sweet rice with coconut. I thought it was overly sweet. The dessert pastries are fresh and nice as well. Definitely a fan of this place! read more
