You have to complete an NTN application for a specific rental so if you are applying for more than one rental, you have to complete a form each time. You pay $39 per application and that is for each person living in the rental. While I was completing NTN's online application, I got a code error message a few times on some of the fields, meant for their webmaster. When my application report was sent to the realtor, it turns out NTN made a mistake (my monthly income was indicated at an amount I hadn't entered anywhere on the form - and it was FAR greater than my actual income which made it all look fishy). I had no access to my report before it was sent to the realtor to make sure it was correct. Trying to get it changed was a nightmare. NTN requires you to print an application to access your own report, attach more personal ID verification, mail it to them, and then they'll let you know within 14 days if you're eligible for a copy of your report. I actually talked to a lawyer. I had an IT technician look at the code errors I screenshot while filling out my form and she said NTN was using Cold Fushion by Macromedia which was about 11 years out of date. Now I'm worried that NTN has my SSN in this Cold Fushion database. My advice as a prospective renter is to avoid this real estate firm simply because they use NTN.

He touted his law enforcement background, as if that's a credible or applicable metric for property management. Many promises were made about support and service, including all the contractors they use for repairs, and how quick their turnaround time was. None have proven to be true. All services have uniformly gone downhill since we went with FMG. Apparently, FMG pays their employees very little, as all the managers we've had have been junior employees. They're very young, very inexperienced, and utterly terrible about communication. They've been caught lying about our house rules, berating and slandering individual residents to contractors, and ignoring legitimate requests when residents cite provisions from our house rules. Our board was completely snowed by the promises, and now they're trying to put a brave face on the whole ugly, inefficient affair. We can't wait until this contract is up. Nothing but regret we signed with FMG.
