I reached out to Keri in the small chance she would be able to see me, on Saturday no less, and she was able to make time to come to my apartment that night for some manual work, stretching and taping. With her help I was able to finish my half marathon the next morning (almost) pain-free! We had another session post-race and she really took the time to diagnose why I was over-straining this particular tendon in my foot and equipped me with the stretches and exercises I can do on my own to prevent injury from happening again. It's been about a month of running post-injury pain free and that's all thanks to Keri, so if you're contemplating booking her...just do it, you won't regret it!

Dr. Millman is knowledgeable and down to earth. He has worked WITH ME, in that once an exercise is introduced, he builds on the technique rather than assuming that that I got it the first time. I have seen a BIG improvement in my range of motion and in my ability to minimize my own neck discomfort. The office staff is professional and friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate scheduling needs. All in all, Bethlehem Rehabilitation Specialists runs like a well oiled machine. Our family has been actively renewing our memberships at this gym for several consecutive years…read more We have had a very positive experience overall, especially with the trainers, who are knowledgeable and pleasant and always provide positive feedback and ways to increase the workout experience. The only reason for one less star is because we had an active duty military family member visiting over the holidays who wanted to work out at the facility in preparation for an upcoming overseas deployment. When asked if there were any applicable discounts for a daily or weekly pass, we were told it was non-negotiable - only one price. With the variety of discounts offered to employees and their families, senior citizens, and young people, we were very disappointed that the facility was not willing to offer any similar accommodations for any service members. Although the fee is standard for members and their guests, it seems that a business of this caliber should be accommodating to those who serve our country. It has made us reconsider our memberships for the upcoming year, since there are many other facilities in the area who would be willing to offer this small gesture out of principle.

They will make Rehabilitation fun and entertaining as well as effective. Kelly at the front desk always has a smile and is happy to help in any way. He has see me last minute when I needed it. He is so supportive and knowledgeable. He explains everything he is doing in a way that is easily understandable and takes time to listen. Most importantly, the plan he created works. I am headed in the right direction. Within a week I felt substantially better. Few recovery trajectories are straight up, I have had some "bumps" in the road so to speak, but Erik has just reassessed and adjusted the plan. (Encouragement/reassurance always included). I almost never write reviews like this. I am just that impressed with the care I have been receiving here.

This review is for their gym, not the physical therapy services…read more Our apartment complex contracts with St. Luke's to provide us with fitness facilities. Apparently it's cheaper for them to do than to build their own mini gym and carry the liability insurance for it. Since I don't pay for it, I think it's pretty nice...obviously much nicer than what most apartment complex gyms have to offer. There's not a ton of equipment, but they aren't a mega gym, so it suits the purpose. However, if I was paying the $40/month that they charge, I'd probably be disappointed. There is only a restroom...not a locker room. It's a pretty small room, so on the few times we've been there with others, it can feel like a crowd. While there's at least one of everything, the cardio equipment isn't the best we've ever seen. It's definitely not meant for day-in, day-out gym usage and it's feeling a bit ratty. But, then again, for the convenience of having a gym within walking distance, maybe I would pay that kind of money. Our other choices would be much nicer, but similarly priced and 15-20 minutes away...
