My children are seeing two speech therapist and so far I've been remarkably pleased with both of their therapists. Everyone is very polite and upbeat. It's a very positive atmosphere. I feel like we get very personalized care. I can also see this occurring with other families as the therapists speak to the parents after the therapy sessions. Parents are welcome to attend sessions as well. They are very open to working with parents in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the children. My kids really enjoy coming. It's never a fight when we have to come to speech therapy. And the therapists always come out to update me on their progress. The facility itself is extremely clean yet simple. There isn't a lot of high-end decorating in the waiting room. But you must understand that this is a place for children. Lots of children. I feel the decor is appropriate for its intended use. We've been coming here for months and I would highly recommend Sensational Kids to other parents who have children in need speech, physical or occupational therapy.

Sooner Care did not contact me in any way... neither did Sensational Kids. The first week of December Sensational Kids admit to being aware of the claims being denied. They did not reach out to me, or send me a bill for two months. I still have never seen an actual bill, but am being asked to pony up over $900 that wasn't covered. Had SK informed me right away and given me the opportunity to pause services while i remedied the situation, no harm no foul, I could have paid for the one or two that slipped through and moved on, but for them to wait two months and then say "well, unfortunately i can't call every account we have" or something to that effect when I balked at the situation, is completely unconscionable. My daughter is not allowed to come back to thereapy until I pay the bill, even though we now have an appropriate (at least I hope, how am I to truly know if no one communicates with me) referral/scrip... I'm so dissapointed in the attitued of Sensational Kids.

As it was, I couldn't even get past the receptionist. I chose this doctor- 40 minutes from my home- because of the good reviews. However, a doctor's quality is also reflected in their staff. The office person did notify me two days before to come in early because I had not filled out my paperwork online. Well, the day before my appointment I did print it out and fill it in- in case there were any unforeseen traffic events I would be prepared upon arrival. I was relieved when I arrived at 3:31 (yes, there was horrendous traffic on the way). I was only one minute late! I handed my paperwork to the receptionist, who was already unhappy. She monotoned, "you were supposed to be here by 3:15". Yes, I responded, but that was because I hadn't filled out my paperwork- so here it is filled out. At this point another person inserted herself and said, "You were late, we will have to reschedule you." Seriously? I looked at my watch- it was 3:32pm by this point. "Seriously?" I said outloud. Seriously. I had slammed into a wall and they were unbudging. I was simply stunned. There were no other patients that I could see. I didn't know how to respond. I couldn't comprehend the lack of kindness or empathy that I had just navigated through 40 minutes of driving to arrive there...let alone the constant pain in my feet. I didn't know what to do- so I just walked out. I will find another doctor closer to home.

I was a client of Lisa (Melisa Stout-Herring) from 2017 - 2019 and now, after 4 years, she's decided to try to ruin my credit by having a collection agency come after me for BOGUS charges. I've had No Contact from her since 2019 and I got a hit on my credit report FOR THE FIRST TIME in February of 2023. Lisa said we could "barter" for her services. She had me work in her office, help with her IT, do consulting work for a possible website and she wanted me to help her scrub all her reviews off websites because, as she told me, "someone who she used to have a relationship with was upset with her." I'm wondering if that's what she's saying to someone now about my review. You might think I'm putting this review just because I owe her and I want her to get rid of my charges, but that's not the case. I don't want someone else to have Lisa work on them, or have them get "EXTRA" services for which they will then get collection agencies coming after them after 4 years of NO CONTACT. As for how Lisa was with the therapy, the fact that she's trying to destroy my credit and my ability to get a job or any future housing or cars, reduces whatever good she might have done.

Lisa liked to brag, talked to me about another medical condition I have and was giving inaccurate information about what to eat or do for this. I have this issue under control with the proper specialist. Why was she doing this? This is not your area of expertise. And I was not currently having a problem with this at the time. It is just something I have to be aware of always when choosing what to eat. The main PT made me very uncomfortable personally by things she was doing and personal questions she was asking. I looked up what she said she was doing and found it has not shown in clinical studies any advantage. I stopped going to this clinic. I felt violated. Very awkward situation. The staff here is very nice and friendly but I hope they are aware of what the Head PT is doing. I would not recommend this place to anyone except maybe the medical board to inspect.

I've had overall great experience with Therapy Services. The offices for evaluations are…read morecomfortable and private but you usually are only seen there for evals. Then it's off to the floor. They have most equipment needed accessible and some of their gear is more up-to-date than others. I've been in both aquatic therapy at the pool by the gym, and ortho PT which is upstairs. I prefer the pool to their therapy floor but only because there is a LOT of traffic there. If you are shy, or have anxiety about people watching you do therapy, you'll have to get over it or find another place. There is usually 5+ other patients on the floor at a time and a semi-connected gym. That is a part I wasn't big on. I've been in PT before and it was a smaller office location which I guess I prefer. They also don't offer some of the treatments as I had done in the past (like traction). I've had a lot of manual manipulation done here, I also did dry needling. I am one of those "5% patients" which means everything has to go slow or it just aggravates my injuries. They were accommodating to my needs. The dry needling...That was an experience. It was brutal to be honest and I assumed initially that I received zero benefit from it and honestly I'm still unsure because I took a short break from PT and also got a bit of rest, adjusted things and comfort seem to follow. But it could have been the dry needling treatment. The director who performed it on me was very nice and thorough. He had a couple of students assist in my assessment and did a bit of Q&A with them, which I didn't mind. As someone with Cervical Dystonia and Cluster Headaches I am kind of use to being a test subject. He was gentle and kind in his approach which I appreciated. The PA is okay, she could use some work on her bedside manner. You don't tell a patient "boy you're just broken!" as they lay on the table with multiple heat and ice packs needing to be applied along with eStim. It's just not helpful and is quite triggering considering the patient already feels horrible. She also gave me some misinformation about their gym and membership. Their billing department is horrible but that may also be Mercy in general as I've had issues twice now in two different offices but both were in regards to treatment being done here so I'm not sure who wasn't competent in billing and coding I'm currently working with them on the matter. I'll update once that is resolved. They do offer patient financial assistance for those who qualify which is a true blessing. I came to this hospital because of their mission and the way they approach care. I have my primary care physician here, my OB/GYN and my Physiologist (Pain Management Specialist) here as well so it's very convenient to be seen here by the whole team when needed. Central Scheduling is really not that great with Mercy. They seem to be short staffed and it shows. The wait time for some appointments are 3mo out which for someone who is in chronic pain, it's not helpful. Though getting in here wasn't too bad as my doctor at the Pain Management Clinic seemed to help things along, which I was very grateful for. The online system for contacting your provider works well IF you've seen the provider and they are listed as part of your team. Response time is generally good and questions are answered in detail 99% of the time. Their text messaging system is good because of my CD I sometimes have to cancel and it allows me to confirm or cancel without having to call in and waste time with scheduling. Their in-house (not central) scheduling is great btw. They do their best to accommodate my schedule. Overall it's a great hospital because of its providers, and I really like this location. This office is great because of my physical therapist. She's pretty awesome and caring. Great bedside manner and is very understanding.

My name is Claybra Selmon, My experience with Dr. Randle treating my 86 yr old mom has been awful…read more He is quickly irritated, impatient, seems in a hurry when he comes in the room, irritable and agitated especially with questions. After my mom's second injection, he didn't seem to know that she had a procedure done once before by him. He ordered an MRI after her most recent injection, when I ask him about the results of the MRI today, he yelled at me "it doesn't matter!, I have also worked in healthcare and my husband was a Professional athlete, Lee Roy Selmon who experienced many Orthopedic and back issues. I've never been spoken to so poorly and harshly regarding numerous visits without results and questions about my mom's plan of care. He just keeps bringing her in for one shot after the other with very little communication about the plan. We will be seeing different physician.
