Called 17 times. My son's Pediatrician tried calling for 5 days! Then the pediatrician called ME to…read moretell me she can't get ahold of them, with 2 numbers provided, Hopebridge's LR location, and Rachel who works there. Had to drive an hour to get there JUST to tell them to call the pediatrician BACK! They STILL fail to do so. Even standing inside their office, you can stand there and CALL 4 times!! The phone will ring, you will hear it, and nobody would walk in to check the phone. In fact, there is NO security at this place. Anybody can enter and just start walking into the offices or rooms undetected. I absolutely refuse to bring my son here for anything further. The staff is unprofessional, clueless and lazy. The woman trying to be a man, very unprofessional. Did not like me because I'm a feminine female, who refuses to let a mentally unstable adult work near my son. I invite investigation at this place, because something is awfully messed up about this location. All this trouble and they are backed up "6 months" for appointments? I can't. This isn't professional. Please investigate your staff thoroughly. -I put my child first always and foremost, I really love him and cannot bring him to a place with staff so obviously undercommitted. This breaks my heart. His PCP was willing to go above and beyond to get my son into this place, and Hopebridge was a let down. Upon further investigation, they wanted his PCP to sign paperwork stating he needs therapy, when hopebridge hasn't even done orientation or ONE appointment with him yet. Why is that? Because it's part of billing your insurance for maximum payout to the company. Once I get all my paperwork and statements down, along with evidence, I'm going to take this further. A place like this, shouldn't be running and shouldn't be capitalizing on families desperate for help. -This specifically Little Rock location off Commercial Drive.

I try my best at everything and work as hard as I can. When…read morei look for a job I wanted an opportunity to make a difference and help people. When i chose @AR kids Pediatric Day Center, I took the job because it was a chance to work with kids again and I had the experience working with behavioral kids as well as kids with developmental delays. But Arkids Pediatric Day Center has been by far the worst place that I have worked soo far. And i had taken the job because I enjoy working with kids and making a difference. I had the experience of working with behavioral kids as well as kids with mental disabilities. While I was there I was hit in the face, spit on, bite in the arm, and kicked multiple times. I started out working and getting to know the kids and build a repor with them and I get fired yesterday for breaking minimum licensing. I was in the class with all bad kids and I still worked with them. Breaking minimum licensing for doing something that I saw another worker do before. First off im not trying to blame anyone. But when youre in a classroom with 18 kids and only two workers and youre told that is technically to ratio. That is a lie I got put into a class with all of the bad kids. Did I complain? NO!! I stuck it out. When dealing with children like this you have to be stern with them and show them that you mean business and that they can not get away with whatever they want to do. And just because they were bad kids that didn't mean I didnt come to know these kids and care for them. But the day that I get stuck by myself while the other worker in the room goes to lunch. 2 kids decided they were going to purposely stay up and see what they can get away with. The minute I was only I was suppose to be cleaning the room for the other worker; both the kids started yelling at the top of their lungs while the rest of the class was trying to sleep. When I got terminated, I was told they are kids, they cant purposely do anything like that. WRONG! So i did what I saw from the other workers when handling the bad kids. Be stern with them and show you that you mean business. I get both the kids up that wanted to act out and put one in each bathroom woth the door wide open and the light off. I stayed with one child and tried to reason with them while the other yelled in the other bathroom. Nothing seemed to work, so eventually I put them together in the same bathroom and talked to them. One of the kids got it and said they were done acting up the other said NO of course and started screaming at the top of her lungs. Each of the children were extremely disrespectful and very stubborn. The director finally came in and moved them out of the bathroom to where they were suppose to take a nap. And I told them that I did not know what else to do with them because they were going to wake the other children up. This all happened Thursday. I get called into head bosses office. And was told that they talked to me twice already about how I talk to the kids and they were moving forward with termination all because... I raised voice at the kids that were acting up,(which ive seen from other workers) I used force when putting them back in the bed;(which ive seen with other workers) I left the child in the bathroom by themselves in the dark (WHICH IVE SEEN OTHER WORKERS DO) They also told me we do not do things they way that you do at home. For reference just being a kid is intellectual disabled that does not mean they should be talked to differently because of who they are. They need structure and discipline just like any other child. AR Kids Pediatric Day Centers does not believe in this. They do not believe that you can discipline a child that falls out because they dont want to corporate. I talked to each child the same as the other. And i believe that i handled the situation to the best of my ability considering what I was doing was what I had seen other workers there do. But Ar Kids Pediatric Day Centers clearly wanted to get rid of me. I was one of the only white workers there. When I got hired I told them that I have rhymetoid arthritis as well as Raynards disease, I would need to be able to sit down sometimes. Ar Kids Pediatric Day Center So when i was on my feet all the way up until the children went outside and I felt i needed to sit down; I sat in the only thing that was an option which was a bike that the kids ride outside. Did that take away from me watching the kids and making sure nothing happened to them NO. They proceeded to tell me that i was not doing a good job bc I wasn't playing with the kids. Im sorry? But are you in a classroom with 15+ kids every day that want to get into everything and fight with one another when they dont get their way. NO I also get very hot so I take a fan outside and bring my cup of water because sometimes I have dizzy spells. While I was outside with the children one day I get cornered by an admin asking is something was wrong with me And
