From then she had me on a combination of stretching and strengthening exercises to help target the area of weakness and pain. She also gave me a series of stretches to do at home on my own. This is important because we all have a choice where to go to physical therapy. At PTI- Sherwood, my physical therapy treatment has targeted my head, neck, shoulders, overall strength and balance, and vestibular (ear) function to help with dizziness. Besides working on the equipment, my physical therapy treatment plan has included cupping, traction, and massage. How PTI-Sherwood is the best: 1. The facility is extremely clean and modern. 2. The equipment is new, versatile, and easy to use. 3. The vibe is great: The atmosphere is cheerful, even among the other patients. 4. Scheduling PT is pain-free thanks to Dani who always has a smile and a willingness to work with all of your scheduling needs. This is the longest I've stuck with a program. My workout is never dull. My trainer, Jennifer, is always changing what I do so that it's not boring. She makes sure we work every area. She also asks each time how I feel so that we don't aggravate any sore muscles that I might have. They have machines and classes as well as personal trainers.
