Each time I see Dr. Hatch (in 4+ years) he has figured out what's causing the symptom and has gotten to the root of it in one or 2 sessions. He has shown me a myriad of exercises to keep things humming along, so I don't have to see him; but inevitably something goes awry with my active lifestyle, and Dr. Hatch is there to help me get back to my life w/in a short amount of visit.s As other have said 5 stars just isn't enough for CorePhysio. I've been dealing with neck pain for 25+ years with fibromyalgia stacked on top. While I won't say that the other clinics were bad, Dr. Hatch, Dr. Horner and Ms. O'Leary (massage therapist) are miracle workers in comparison. With a few sessions under my belt and several more to go, I'm already in less pain. For the first time in ages, I have some hope knowing that I am headed in the right direction. It is wonderful to be welcomed by the bright and smiling Emily, especially on days when I'm in pain. If you've been to other clinics with mixed results, I think you will find that CorePhysio's approach is something special.

The receptionist hung up on me twice when I asked several questions. Very rude…read more I believe the main physiotherapist (J. at the Cordova location) didn't look at my file before treating me. It clearly stated all my health issues, including fibromyalgia(!), bulging discs (!) and arthritis in my spine. I saw him because of a hip replacement. He pushed on my spinal stenosis while I was laying down on my face. He triggered pain that I still have to deal with weeks later. I'm back on pain pills, and that was not the idea when I went to see a physiotherapist. When I screamed in pain because he pushed down on the spinal stenosis, he said: "What happened? I just wanted to stabilize you". The situation was absurd and unprofessional. It was Friday afternoon and he had plans that he talked about. He was incompetent and overconfident. My doctor advised me to NOT go back. I am VERY disappointed with Therapy Solutions.

They worked on my sore tendons and ligaments and, better still, showed me what to do at home to heal my problem and to make sure it does not recur. Kent is kind, listens carefully, gentle, knowledgeable, everything I would want in a PT. Linda was also very useful to me. I appreciate their teamwork.

This method provides more diagnostic information and also helps the body to integrate new and more aligned ways of moving. I've made great progress working with Kiki and I totally recommend her.
