My therapist spoke no English, but used google translate. 60 minutes of agony followed: head massage was just pushing forcefully on my forehead and ears, my neck was yanked sideways to add a hard hot little pillow, then onto my feet. Rubbing too hard and fast over the same place just doesn't feel good or relaxing, it was painful and I told him so but the pressure or pace never let up. And he kept clearing his throat the entire time...I hope I don't catch anything. Time to pay and he is at the cash register and knows the word "tip", this time I pretended not to understand.

All communication is funneled through front office staff, and there is no direct way to speak with a medical provider in a timely manner. Appointments to see a provider are scheduled weeks out, even when issues are time-sensitive. In my case, I had a medical concern and made multiple attempts to contact the office -- phone calls, messages, and emails -- and no one responded. Lab orders were delayed for weeks, and when they were finally sent, they were unsigned, making them unusable. I had to call again to try to correct the issue and again received no follow-up. The lack of accountability and breakdown in communication was unacceptable. The experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, and ultimately I chose not to return. Notably, my provider has since left the practice as well. If you are seeking responsive, medically sound care, I would advise looking elsewhere
