The also recognized your willingness to help you increase your levels of performance to achieve your goals through your exercises. They recognized your accomplishments and areas that needed to be worked on. Encouragement was a big part of striving to achieve. I was just out of surgery and from 4 am until almost 7 I thought there was a party going on. very LOUD constant talking, laughing, ignoring call bells. someone coming in to clean the room around 2 am! (patient had gone home around 7 pm the previous night) leaving door open, letting me go to the bathroom by myself which I was not suppose to do. Calling for overdue meds. confusion on my exit time which was resolved by my doctor and PA. Taking vitals I understand and welcome. I know hospitals are overwhelmed but a few improvements would help patient comfort and care. I'm grateful for my successful surgery and the surgical staff.

Only to tell you they needed to get someone else. All three of us patience had surgery. Pain meds were very slow coming. While we were in severe pain. Contacted the complaints dept. when I got home only to have them tell me "The RN's must have been busy with other patients or needed time for presciption for new meds. That was not the case for me. Out of 3 days of being there and two other patients needing meds. They want me to believe The RN's were always busy. Always waited 20 minutes or more for any assistance. Waited 45minutes on one occasion to get help with getting from my bed to restroom.

They have a dog that runs around and pees everywhere and a staff that has no clue. They treated my minor son and released him without even so much as a phone call to me, I unfortunately was recovering from a surgery that day so I could not be with him, and made it perfectly clear that I was just a phone call away. They did call me at 9 pm that evening after I left a message on their answering machine, which by the way I called the business at 6 pm and they said they were open until 7, but no one answered the phone. THIS PLACE IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Oh and as a side note, he had to go back to PT, but NOT there EVER!!!!
