The only reason I am giving them two stars is…read morebecause I have gone to them in the past before they moved into this new building and they were great. They solved my problem. However I went a week ago with a prescription to treat my arm and they said they would call me for an appointment. A week later nothing. They said they were busy well, if you're too busy to take me at least let me know instead letting me suffer with the pain in my arm and keeping my prescription for a week and I have to go and just come in and retrieve it. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! So I came home today called up another place and they were willing to give me an appointment tomorrow, and two more next week. Plus, the receptionist they have today needs an attitude adjustment.

Each time, before I left the office, I paid the deductible/co-pay(It is her office's policy to pay the deductible/copay before leaving). However, several months later, I received bills from her office showing me I own her payment.
