All insurances do not cover this, they are FULLY aware of this, and choose not to share this until you are there. This practice purposely does not disclose these fees to their patients until they travel for the appointment (no wonder they didn't need our insurance card ahead of time and said "don't worry he will give it later"). Lisa, the supervisor, baits you into an evaluation without any courtesy to the pain you are feeling. You are traveling for a SALES PITCH. They have a shady practice to reel you in, THEN share the fees, in hopes you take the bait while you are in their office aching in pain. Avoid this facility like the plague. If you are looking for an honest practice, this is not it. And the supervisor, Lisa, has made it very clear she does not intend to change the way they operate because that's how they make their money. They don't have the courtesy about caring for you, just their own pockets.

I have been in P/T and O/T many times in my life and this has been my best experience. They never take it easy on you but rather meet you where you are and establish goals to get you to the next level. I am far stronger and mobile than I was when arrived. Truly a delightful group of therapists to work with. I've witnessed them build one on one relationships with each patient and all resulting in positive results- emotionally and physically. Physical therapy and occupational therapy becomes part of the weekday To look forward to - not one that is dreaded. I could not put it more simply than that.

TOLD TO ME BY FOX THEMSELVES. They refuse to work with insurance to get paid higher rates because they do not wish to do the extra work (EVEN WHEN I DID THE LEGWORK FOR THEM AND TOLD THEM WHAT TO DO). They make errors in running insurance so they can get you on services and then abruptly have your therapists stop coming when you point out their errors to them. They will only see patients with the highest reimbursement rates and do not care about the patient.
