Worse experience I ever had at a doctor appointment. Dr. Sabina was rude AF. I never been treated like this ever. Do not go there

My husband has been seen at this office & this review is based on his experience…read more As a patient, he feels rushed, and has explained that there was never much in depth conversation about the issues he was experiencing. The doctor did not ask about previous history or trauma to his foot, so he felt a little ignored. I joined him for his last appointment & I thought the doctor was friendly, but we had to wait for quite a bit after his appointment time to be acknowledged. He just felt like he wasn't being fully treated as a person....Just kinda like a number or item to be checked off of a list. We get how busy it can be, etc, but bedside manner goes a long way.

I'll admit that I have been known to speak louder than necessary sometimes, but before I had finished a sentence she immediately accused me of yelling. I hardly think I was, but okay. I apologized and began to tel her my side of the story which she immediately shut down and wouldn't let me speak my peace or hear my story. I'm sorry that the best job you can get is a billing office manager? but it is still your job to hear your customers out. I would have left as well, but medically I didn't want to wait any longer and couldn't afford to. It is really a shame, because the front desk girls were super nice and helpful and the doctors were awesome. But if and when I need to see a podiatrist, I will be taking my business elsewhere. And all that because I had a stubborn wart on my foot.

He was eager to do surgery to shave off the bone which did nothing to close the hole. Then he moved to the new office. They double booked the appointment. I had Uber take me there and when I was angry about the lack of professionalism both he and his staff were active dismissive. The incompetent Schromoff came out and started yelling at me. It wasnt my fault that they double booked. Horrible doctor and staff. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I picked this location & Dr. Shromoff because he was highly recommended. I am disappointed to say…read morethat I was not impressed whatsoever. First thing that put me off was my wait time. My appt was at 9:45am and I was seen a little after 10:30am. I told myself it was due to being a new patient and tried to stay positive. When I saw the doctor, we talked maybe 5 minutes. I felt for my wait time that was a little ridiculous. One of my reasons for coming in was tightness in my tendons and he just suggested to flex/stretch it and that he couldn't really tell me anything. "Could be a number of things" he said..... Well I thought that was why I came to you but okay, thank you for nothing. (WebMD was just as helpful & free!) The other reason I was there, was for a corn that turned out to be a wart. At least I got some kind of diagnosis for that one. The nurse came in and applied an ointment and wrapped it up because it is suppose to stay like that for 24 hours (4 minimum). So I paid my $165 for a dab of ointment & 5 minutes of their time. The worst part, as I am leaving and get to the 1st floor, the bandages have already started to come off! Seriously!? At this point I am just upset and head back up to let them know. So I went back to the nurse and she bandaged up my foot again, but no more ointment was reapplied. Hopefully it didn't rub off when the band aids and tape came off, otherwise I guess I will need another appt for the same thing! On top of all that the nurse was saying it was due to my foot being clammy/sweaty. I really don't think I am the only one in the world with clammy feet so why wouldn't a foot specialist have something better to wrap feet for just this issue? OR if it is that clammy, don't try to do something that clearly won't work just to get my money. I am not saying this is a bad facility, however my experience with them was awful and I will not be back. Definitely not worth the money I spent or money lost due to time off work. I think HealthFirst or another facility would have been more cost efficient. Live and learn right is what they say right? :-| Hopefully this will help some folks not get ripped off!
