Dr.Sabina was the hateful doctor i every seen very rude she acts like clients don't have right to receive care and didn't give me foot care she yall out when I walked out the room that I was non-compliance which was a lie and a professional doctor wouldn't have done that and I think that's very unprofessional. Telling I can't receive footcare till I get a test. And looking in my folder from something over two years ago. Shes in the Summerville office I was so embarrassed and very surprised she treated me that way and there is a such thing as a hippa law and set in the waiting Area I don't know how long and the office was very hard to find and the sits were very uncomfortable. Doctor was okay. Billing and payment is terrible. They will not bill you or provide a itemized statement (they don't even have a portal where you can download one). When I called and asked to speak to the accounting department I was told I could leave a message and accounting would call me back. After several messages they still have not called me back. Decided to pay the bill anyway as the amount matched the EOB from the insurance company. However, they do not have a published mailing address and the only way you can get a mailing address is to get it from accounting (who won't call you back). So, without an address you can't send a check and the only payment option is to use their 3rd party payment service which charges an additional 3%. TERRIBLE customer service! The staff members I came in contact with were pleasant however the wait was long, very difficult communication if I need to speak with someone but the main reason for my 1 review was how rude, short, uncaring and ability to listen the doctor was. By the way, I am a retired doctor who had a very high volume solo practice so I understand the mechanisms of the intricacies of running a large practice but I have to say, I have never been treated as poorly and rudely as I was on my visit. Anything and everything I said or asked was sharply put down and intentionally had a confrontational answer that what I had to say was an irrelevant stupid question. Again, I want to relate the even though the wait was long, the staff members I came in contact were very sweet and caring. I didn't think about looking up reviews before my visit but I would suggest anyone considering being a patient here pay close attention to the very low rated reviews... I'll also add that, I like other reviews said, received another bill several weeks after my visit ... I am not happy with this group right now. I had a followup appointment scheduled on a Monday for 10 weeks. I got a phone message on the Sunday before the appointment, saying the doctor would not be available for my appointment and to call to get it rescheduled. I called first thing on Monday morning to reschedule. They could not give me an appointment for 6 weeks! They cancelled the appointment, not me! Wow ! I came here as a new patient being discounted for being self pay I was told by dr lemon that I would not have my ingrown nails grow back ever again after treatment. So after healing one came back I made another appointment told would be $70.00 I get there dr lemons says no it will be $300.00 wow big difference and not fare !!!!!!!!! Everyone there is very friendly but offer very poor service. I am still trying to get a prescription from them and shoes that are covered by my insurance. Each time I walked into the office I was charged a $45 co pay. Still no shoes since April. One pair come in but where the wrong size. If I count up the co pays. I could have bought my own shoes. I received a call from the pharmacy a few weeks after my appointment at Physicians Footcare. I was not expecting my results until January on the clippings that were taken. The Pharmacists explained I had an infection in my toe and a foot rinse was prescribed by my doctor. I found it interesting I had to find out about this infection from the pharmacy instead of my doctor calling to tell me what was happening. I immediately called the doctor's office and was told the doctor would have to tell me the results. They put me on hold an came back and said I could pick up a copy of the results, but had to do it by the following day since they would be closed for at least 2 weeks for the holidays. My answer to this was that I felt very strongly that I should have received this information from a call by the doctor instead of someone from the pharmacy. The receptionists did not seem to understand what I was saying and said she could not give me the results. I asked her to tell the doctor how I felt about her not calling me. Never heard from her. I called the next day and cancelled my appointment scheduled for January. They will never see me again. I also did not like being sent out of the office through their room that sells shoes that I can get minus paying tax because they will write they are medical reasons. I felt this was tacky.
