After the other place in Daytona which doesn't answer the phone for hours and is extremely dirty, I went here and found out I never had a UTI to begin with and they have been treating me with antibiotics for months at that other place and I never needed them at all. They did a catheter catch here to make sure it wasn't contaminated and it was negative and they had a great attitude. I highly recommend this place and highly highly recommend to stay away from the Daytona urologist on Health Road and also the one right near this office for Florida urology in ormond beach. This is the only place to go for me and I'm very grateful for Dr. Schneider.

Being very well-versed on my insurance I disagreed with him and told him I would call my insurance and get back to him. I called my insurance and they stated absolutely it IS covered. This is the benefit. This is what you will pay. I tried to call back for four days, only to be told over and over again from a woman who I could barely understand, and could barely understand me, that she would pass my information along, yet she never asked for my name or phone number. I always had to ask her if she wanted it. Finally called insurance and the office on a three-way call only for Alex to tell my insurance company that the reason they will not take my insurance is because the insurance company has not paid them in the past. So it had nothing to do with my insurance not covering it, my insurance explained to him that he needed to take that up with provider services, and not take it out on the patients. then I tried to call to speak with an office manager to explain that I did not appreciate being lied to by their employee, and that my insurance does cover the sleep study. I then found out that he actually never even called my insurance, to get any of the information he just assumed that they would not pay even though they are contracted with them. It does not matter how wonderful the doctor is if his office staff is this miserable and awful it makes for the entire office to be awful. Trying to get a hold of someone or get them to call you back is impossible!! Don't waste your time!!

Dr. Vartan's knowledge base and careful consideration of my son's long standing symptoms (previously ignored by his prior pediatrician) led to a prompt referral to neurology that discovered his Tourettes syndrome. My own issues were addressed immediately as well until diagnoses were found, not ignored after initial negative findings like my previous PCPs. I intend to return to their care as soon as their private practice is launched assuming they can accept my insurance. Their care has proven swift, intensive, and CORRECT thus far for all of us.
