I just came here because they accepted my BCBS insurance and it was the closest to me that was open on a Sunday. After reading on these horrible YELP reviews, I was a bit hesitant, but I needed help. I arrived around 615pm, filled out a bunch of paperwork, and then waited like 8mins before being called. I wasn't seen by a doctor, but a nurse practitioner instead. Luckily, my asthma/possible lung issue was manageable by the nurse and was able to prescribe me just what I needed to sleep comfortably. I don't know how much all of this will cost me, but I did have to pay a co-payment of $30. Staff are very friendly and fast. The parking is small, but enough because it doesn't seem busy or at least for a Sunday evening. There is a clean restroom in the lobby along with coffee and water bottles.

The nurses were caring, efficient, and knew their business. This week my mother-in-law was in the CCU. She too has received exemplary care. From the moment she was brought into the ER until the procedure she needed was completed today all of the staff have been professional but warm and caring. The majority of my family works in healthcare...from a neurologist to an RN to a lab tech so we expect a high level of care and both of our parents certainly received it. I highly recommend the CCU and the med/surg staff at St. Joseph's Regional Health Center and am grateful that this facility is here near all of my parents.

I only took a star off because the case manager we were assigned was not clear as to the discharged process. However once the director of the case managers was aware, he not only apologized and rectified the situation but also provided the same outstanding service we grew accustomed to from the rest of the departments. If I could rate this facility zero stars, I would. I was told that my results would be shared with…read moreme 1-2 days after my appointment. I got two separate calls, the first telling me I tested positive for yeast. In my second call the woman on the phone told me I tested positive for an STI. I was quite shocked and asked again to confirm with her and she stated "yes you were positive for yeast and the STI, the antibiotics for both were sent in." For the rest of the day I was inconsolable because I thought my boyfriend had cheated on me, and in general it was just a difficult thing to accept. The following day I picked up my medicine that they said they sent in, but there was only an antibiotic for yeast. I was confused so I called in and asked why they didn't send in the other antibiotics and I was told then that there was only an order for the yeast medicine. She proceeded to go quiet and then tell me that my doctor would call me back shortly. I then received an email to log into my patient portal and there is a section for test results. On my portal it stated that I was NEGATIVE for the STI. I called back and explained this and she once again just went quiet and told me that my doctor would call me. I finally receive a call from her, and all I got was a "sorry for the miscommunication". Not only did they tell me the incorrect test results, in which my relationship with my boyfriend was practically ruined by as well as caused great emotional stress, they never once tried to contact me to tell me they were incorrect. I had to contact them two separate times and try to figure it out myself because they would not. I find it incredibly unprofessional and sloppy that they either gave me someone else's test results, or somehow, read the paper wrong. But I find that hard to believe as a NEGATIVE is a pretty easy word to comprehend. Even today I have tried to call and file a complaint and I was told my message would be given to the manager and I would receive a call. Four hours go by, and low and behold no one has called me. So I have to call again and I am asked if I gave my phone number. The woman prior "sending my message" never asked me for my number, and honestly I doubt my message was even attempted to be passed on. I am now currently waiting for another supposed call.

I went there twice... the first time she said they were booked until 7pm.... Ugh... I arrived at 4:15pm. The second time ... same thing... but this time the provider just left... ugh I find that hard to believe if people are in the waiting room. It sad to have to experience this ESPECIALLY when you don't feel well.

Got signed in and about 15 minutes later I was hurried though the door with the person assisting stating they were running behind. I felt very rushed as I changed into my gown. Long story short, I was stuffed in the MRI machine, strapped down, after the plugs stuffed in my ears by the attendees, which I had to stop them for me to put the ear plugs on correctly. Then, as I felt they were stuffing me in the machine. I was very uncomfortable, my heart was racing and I couldn't go through with the test. THEN, as I'm taken out of this machine, I'm told they had a larger MRI machine that was not working. So. I had reason to freak out in that tiny machine for normal size people. Yes, I'm obese but that's no excuse to be put through that.
