When I arrived, the office was extremely busy, and I was a walk-in patient experiencing significant pain and visual symptoms. I had been struck in the head with a crowbar approximately one week prior, and I was dealing with severe headaches, light sensitivity, and issues with my left eye. Despite the circumstances and how full the schedule was, Corrina went above and beyond to ensure that I was seen by the eye doctor. Corrina was thoughtful, professional, calm, and compassionate. She listened, understood the urgency of my situation, and made sure I did not fall through the cracks. Her demeanor immediately put me at ease during a very stressful and painful time. She treated me with dignity and genuine care, and it was clear that she takes her role and patient well-being very seriously. Because of her actions, I was able to receive timely medical attention when I truly needed it. Today, March 30, 2026, I had an appointment at (circa) 3:45. I am a disabled wartime veteran and…read morecannot drive. I hired a cab that arrived 15 minutes late at my home. Thus, I was 15 minutes late for the appointment. MEC has a not-later-than rule of 10 min. Accordingly, I was given a new appointment the following day. The idiocy of such people and their perverse policies leaves me gawping in incredulity. Later, I canceled the new appointment and found a different provider that is better aligned with my sense of integrity and professionalism. The cab to and from the MEC cost $100 (with tip). No configuration of words can express my disgust with such high-falutin', hoity-toity people.

They always go by my test. I paid 300.00 for the first pair and then a little over a month bought the other pair she said I was getting 40 percent off which came out to be over 400 hundred dollars They schedule me for another appointment in a year which I will not keep.

I could not see with the glasses they provided and after many calls for an appointment to see the doctor to get the problem solved I was told they would NOT give me an appointment so I am stuck with glasses that do not work and have to just start all over again with another business. I have worn glasses for over 60 years and never had to return any of them for any reason.
