I did a consult and the woman that was helping me made me feel uncomfortable by saying "if she looked like me she wouldn't be here asking for weight loss help". HOW RUDE. She was also having personal conversations about her life with the woman in the other room while helping me. The diet pills are also about $5 each which is way overpricing. The most terrible experience ever at a "licensed, medical" clinic. I walked into the clinic and there was no greeting or questions about if I had an appointment. I waited about 15 minutes until one of the front desk ladies finally asked if I was a new patient, and I said yes. They asked me for my name, proceeded to ask if I was another person (obviously wasn't the name I gave) and said I don't have an appointment. Yet, I called for an appointment yesterday and the receptionist/operator said they had an opening the next day at 3pm. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out a medical questionnaire as instructed by the operator/receptionist. They did say the line was being recorded so maybe they can go back and check their phone recordings. For a "medical" clinic, it is very unorganized and their system seems to be archaic. Things looked discombobulated from the minute I walked in, including the sheet you sign your name on -- messy and had scribbled markings over it. They clearly don't prioritize customer service either. I definitely saved myself a headache and A LOT of time in the long run from the impression I had today. Don't waste a second of your time, an ounce of your gas, or a drop of your penny here. read more

I've been coming to this location on and off since 2020. Always greeted while walking through the door. Always assisted promptly. The staff are friendly and the main doctor or nurse is friendly and will discuss tips for diet and exercise. I've never had a bad experience on multiple occasions with my weight going up or down. When it was down the staff was happy for me and encouraging. When I let my weight climb back up they always welcomed me back with open arms . read more

The head nurse practitioner is rude, you can tell all of the medical assistance are afraid of her. The front office clerk told me she was a difficult person and a tuff one to crack. The poor lady looked nervous and stressed out. I wanted the owners name to make a complaint and The nurse practitioner wouldn't give it to me. I've never experienced rudeness or a snotty high pitched attitude in any other of your clinics in Lodi or Roseville. Because of her, you lost a client. read more

I came to this location after a pretty terrible experience yesterday at the Roseville location, a place I have been going to for 2 years, and up until yesterday had always had no problems. When I called Elk Grove to speak to Dahlia, it was just to get some feedback on my experience on what happened at the Roseville location. She was professional and listened and provided great feedback- she extended an offer to come to her location and was so kind to even offer a credit to my services for the inconvenience of my experience at Roseville- Let's pause here and let the soak in everybody. SHE OFFERED ME TO come SEE HER AND ShE HAD A CREDIT to OFFER...... I was not expecting that, at all. Very kind. Anyway, I didn't think it was going to be necessary to go to her location as Elk Grove is 30 miles from my home and as I mentioned, I had been going to the Roseville location for two years- I didn't think this was something that didn't have an easy resolution. Which is why I reached out for a supervisor's perspective and feedback ( which when I asked to speak to a supervisor at Roseville, I was told I could not have that information and they would pass on my name and number on, and I would get a callI back, still waiting on that) Anyway- I was on board to move forward.I thanked Dahlia for all her feedback and help and felt confident in going back to Roseville since she said she would call them and let them know I was on my way. Well It turns out, the Roseville location was still in great distress and had no intentions of serving me it's customer.....except serving me to jail for trespassing! Yeah, let that sink in. Call men with guns on a customer because you don't want to listen to a supervisor from another location or do your job. No, I didn't get arrested. But that was their solution, to addressing a simple - just take her temperature again? Look if you take my temperature again and it is over your limit, I have no problem walking out that door, but they all refused to check it again. Even as I stood with my thermometer and did a self check and showed them my 98.1 reading. So, I guess Roseville was definitely not ready to move forward. When I arrived in Elk Grove today - I was met with friendly smiles as I signed in. Dahlia was there and had all my information ready. What a difference! If it wasn't for Dahlia and her knowledge of customer relations, her professionalism, compassion and true understanding of how to run a medical office - I would have taken my business elsewhere after my experience at the Roseville location. I mean some people get the cops called on them for actually committing a crime, I requested another temperature check because when they first checked mine I was told it read 102!!! They refused to recheck it! I had just been to an appointment where I had my temp checked and it was 98.1! I never felt better in my life! It was 107 outside, I was in jeans and a black-shirt and had been sitting in my car a moment before I walked in at 3 pm - and she checked it,- but no one wanted to take that into account. I got home 15 minutes later and checked my temperature with an under the tongue and and ear thermometer- all read normal- 98.1 - consistently.. The NP and 2 front desk girls at Roseville, stood by there thermo reading, never offering a second, but they did to others.so heads up if you go to Roseville bring your own thermometer- But If you can, go to ElK Grove. From check-in to check-out my experience here was awesome. From the moment I reached out to Dahlia she was just nice and there to listen and find resolution- not play games, so in other words.... professional. read more

Years ago I had come here and had an amazing experience with the staff and doctors. However I have just recently returned here to try to boost my weight loss before my wedding. And I must say things are not the same. No one smiles and the staff is very cold feeling. I had gone in and was upset on my way (my own fault) and I guess your heart rate can't be over 89. Well mine read 90. I was told I was unable to be prescribed anything because I was 1 point over. I left frustrated and contacting a few other facilities and spoke to some other people who also take this and use other doctors. And they too have had a HR a little over the guideline and was still prescribed pills or a moment to allow their HR to go down if they had come in upset and immediately seen. So for that. I will not be coming back. Not like they care. They don't treat you like they even care about your weight loss needs at this specific facility anyways. read more

The people here are nice but every time I come here I'm either skipped or they can't find my file . I'll sit I the waiting room sometimes more than 30 minutes until they finally call me or I ask when am I going to be seen. Every time. Other than that the meds do help with weight loss. read more

The program works but the staff is very cold and unfriendly. If you can look past that then it will work for you. I will say though that this is only one of many places with this program. My favorite place is in Folsom called JB Wellness. I only go to Physicians because it's way closer to my house. read more

Losing weight over 30 can be so hard but coming here really does help. I work 2 jobs, my kid is always in sports and sometimes I can only make it to the gym 2-3 days a week. I eat pretty healthy, i pack my lunches and stay away from fast food as much as possible. After coming and taking the phentermine it has made a world of a difference. I take half in the morning and half at noon. It helps me keep my energy up and I don't have the cravings like I use to. I drink so much more water now and feel better too. read more

I've been coming here about 6 weeks now. I love it! I'm down 18 pounds and have about 20 more do go to hit my goal. What I love about this place is they have good hours, you don't have to make appointments, and they don't even try to sell you anything. Every week I go and get my weigh in, blood pressure taken, B12 injection, medication and my questions are answered. This is the first time I've been this successful in any program. I don't have to buy expensive food like Medifast. Just the $35/weekly at visits which is more than worth it. All the staff are super supportive and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who's serious about weight loss, but doesn't have time for crazy intense daily workouts, weighing food, or counting calories. It takes self discipline, sure, but with their support, advice and appetite suppressants it's hard to fail. read more

Going from the type of person who drank a lot of soda daily and ate fast food everyday to having no cravings for it and only drinking water is crazy ! Lost 20lbs in 6 weeks... you have to work out at least 3-4 per week. Minimum 30 mins. The more you work out and increase your intensity the faster the weight comes off.... plus diet of course.... you can't pig out on crap and expect results.... lol.... read more

Never going back. This location has changed drastically. I started there a few years ago and did really well on the program. But it wasn't just the program. At the time, they had a really good support system. Now, you are lucky to get more than 30 seconds with the nurse practitioner, who doesn't make eye contact with you and doesn't ask how you're doing. She reads your name and birth date out loud in the most bored, monotone voice ever, and then leaves. The nurse who takes your blood pressure and weighs you will also make you feel bad about yourself by blurting out comments that she should keep in her head. I shouldn't be made to feel worse about myself by going to (AND PAYING FOR) this program. This is really unfortunate. read more

I was really hesitant when I started a week ago but within one week I have lost 6.6lbs without gym but with recommended diet change. The supplements don't make you hungry so it's easy to follow their recommended diet. I didn't exercise on purpose the first week because I want to see how much weight comes off with and without exercise. Overall I am very pleased with the results and only 10 more lbs to go before I reach my goal weight. read more

Staff and service is outstanding! The relaxed atmosphere, the soft background music, and nicely furnished lobby feels as though you are in a day spa. I felt as though each person I worked with was genuinely interested in my weight-loss goals. I have found each nurse and practitioner I've worked with knows how to give me good coaching. I have lost 1-2 pounds per week consistently, and I look forward to weighing in every Friday. I hold myself accountable to Cassie, Cynthia and Amy and I truly believe they are rooting for my success. I would recommend this clinic to any person who has tried losing weight but has had challenges losing. The appetite suppressent medication has given me the extra push I needed to make good food choices and drink lots of water. I do not feel the least bit guilty by using medication for a few months to assist with taking off unwanted weight. I already feel better after just three weeks and my clothing is lose. If I could give this place 10 stars I seriously would I started coming here after I had my daughter and I was able to get back to my normal weight in no time you get so much energy which made going to the gym that much better before going here the gym was a tough work out but it helped build my endurance so much and I lost the 30 pounds I wanted to lose the staff is amazing and honest this isn't for lazy people who want to lose a few pounds then pig out after they stop the program and then return this is for committed people who are serious about losing weight I've recommended so many people all who have gone loved it because it seriously works for everyone it's not expensive at all because it will seriously replace the money you spend towards eating out that negative comment posted about the over weight curly hair lady was pure ignorance and really ticked me off her name is Thalia and is the sweetest lady there and can't do the program because she is very ill and the medication she takes can't be mixed with phentermine so insulting her was ridiculous to me and Dr Nava is great and a great plastic surgeon who will actually be performing my breast augmentation in a month I went from 174 to 130 and my boyfriend has currently lost 25 pounds if your serious give it a try just one week on the program and I know you will be back for more :) read more
