Scheduled me quickly, less than I was expecting to pay and have paid in the past, and a very through explanation. I will update after my appointment as well to advise of the location, but its nice to not be patronized for once when talking to someone about my weight loss goals. Update: I went in for my first appointment. Every thing was so clean and everyone was so friendly. The Doctor was warm, inviting, and informative. I am definitely recommending this to others! This place is a joke! Took me 3 phone calls to even get a appointment because they never call you back. They don't answer the phone. They are rude and disorganized. Drove 45 mins to my appointment forgot my mask and they would not let me in with a shirt tied around my face. My experience was pleasant from beginning to end. The forms at the beginning were straightforward, not too time-consuming, the lobby was nice, plenty of magazines available while you wait, the receptionist was friendly and inviting. I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor, and once I was weighed and they took my height, I was in to see him within five minutes. I was given plenty of important literature to go over, different ways to approach losing weight in a healthy way, I was given a work up of my body and Alysis including my BMI, water content, not just your basic weight and height sheet. Once in the office the doctor goes over appropriate weight levels for your height, he goes over all of the literature provided so that you have a good understanding of what they mean, and your goals. He was very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and had a very calm demeanor. No sales tactics of any sort. Just be honest with him, and things should be fine. I got my B -12 shot, didn't hurt at all, and was given a free sample protein bar which was very good I might add, I normally do not like them. I was on my way out in about half an hour. Conveniently located right off of Truxel, not hard to find and in a nice business park. Highly recommended! Can't wait to start my phentermine and be on my weight loss journey. Sidenote, while it's important that you meet your goals and follow the guidelines provided by the doctor, Unlike with insurance companies that will kick you off after three months if you don't lose at least 5% of your bodyweight or more, there is no strict guidelines on how much you have to lose before they give you the boot. So don't be too hard on yourselves if you stall or go backwards a little bit, it happens and he says they will still work with you. read more

I initially called the Natomas clinic, and was informed that they were booked out 4 weeks for new patient appointments (which is totally asinine) so I then called the West Sacramento location and left a voicemail stating that I was interested in scheduling a new patient appointment and specifically asked to only return my call if they had appointments earlier than 4 weeks later. I received a return voicemail from a woman named Katelyn. I called back and spoke to Katelyn and was placed on a 5 minute hold. Once Katelyn took me off hold, she proceeded to state that the West Sacramento clinic was also booked out 4 weeks. I asked her why she returned my call when I specifically asked not to unless they had appointments earlier than that 4 weeks. I proceeded to state that I felt that my time had been wasted and Katelyn responded rudely "well our time has been wasted too." Then she proceeded to hang up. Katelyn was incredibly unprofessional and a despicable representation of a business and a clinic that manages people's health. She deserves to be fired. I take grave issue with the fact that this business is tolerating this type of behavior especially in the healthcare industry. It's clear this facility is only about profit and not about prioritizing the well-being of their patients. read more

I've been to the one in West Sac before for a TB test. Had a pleasant visit. Needed another TB test 2 years later and realized they have a branch in the Natomas which is right where I live. Really quick service. There were no other patient in there when I arrived. Friendly staff, got in, got my tb shot, and out of here. 2 days later, I got in, once again I was the only patient there, got my results read with the printed results. A quick, cheap, walk in clinic. I paid 30 dollars for a TB test, helps when you don't have medical coverage. read more

before u buy a groupon from them make sure you get all the facts 1st. Bought 1 for 15 injections and went to use it for b12 injections before it was expired the 2nd time i went in for an injection was told since it expired all they could do for me was give me 3 with an extra fee. supposedly all the injections needed to all be used before the expiration date then why was this not stated on the deal? you should still be able to used it all as long as u got in before it expired. Called groupon got a refund they couldnt understand why either the clinic was doing that with the expiration and it was not stated. never again! read more

Went last week for weight loss management. I am way over my ideal weight and I found out they give Phentermine by prescription.I had a quick blood pressure check with the little Medical assistant. It was high. She made me rest 10 minutes and took it again, and then again before she would clear me to see the PA.I appreciated that being a Nurse myself. The Nurse Practioner Gay was pleasant, and did a quick heart check and mini physical and we chatted about my goals and she gave me a weeks supply of the medication 40 bucks...Everyone was pleasant seemed professional and my visit was quick and no sales pitch for their line of high protein foods that they also sell..They have samples daily of their bars...yummy...much better tasting then Atkins bars....They do a 5 page form about your health to cover themselves if you should not disclose a serious condition you might have..and you sign it releasing them from liability. I like the program, and the people are great...clean environment...Licenses are posted....You will like the body assessment they do and print for you...Nice place...totally legal and on the up and up....you can go in an weigh and have blood pressure checked without a fee....after your first visit.... read more

I went to the Sacramento location a couple of years ago to get an HPV vaccination. I liked the office hours and the interior design of the place is beautiful. But the professionalism of the staff appeared questionable to me. I had to wait a long time even though no one else was in the waiting area. Then I got the injection but it was done in an odd manner. Instead of "loading" the syringe in the same room that I was located in they did that in a different room, then walked across the office into the room where I was to inject whatever was in the syringe into me. This is a very expensive vaccine and I would have liked to see actual product, i.e. the vial that was holding the vaccine before it was injected into me. Also, it is a matter of hygiene and safety to load the syringe in the same room where you are going to use it. I did not feel safe about all of that. The vaccine consists of three injections but I decided to go elsewhere for the remaining two. read more

Horrible customer service! The girls at the front desk are rude and impatient! I was not able to find the clinic and when I called instead of assisting me to their suite the girl on the phone says sorry we can't see you . When I asked to reschedule and get a print out with the new appointment for work since I took work off and now not even being seen I will need an appointment slip so I can request a new day off from work , the girl that got on the phone said no we don't do that by then I was irritated i explained I drove 45 mins to this appointment can you please direct me to your suite it's raining and I've walked around the building several times . She then proceeded to tell me well it's suite D (no duh) but even if you come in we still can't see you . The level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous ! I called the West Sacramento location and the girls there got me in the same day I had a better experience at the West Sacramento location but I will never go back to the natomas location and I'll definitely be advising all my colleagues the same ! read more
