I hold no reservations in highly recommending Claudine Farah as a competent, encourageable and amiable physiotherapist. I reached out to her from Europe after undergoing emergency ankle surgery while on vacation. She promptly responded and expressed her concern by forwarding video links of possible exercises to do following my orthopedic surgeon's advice. Claudine together with Silvia, an efficient receptionist at Physioactif, scheduled my physio appointments. Upon my return home, Claudine worked on my ankle and helped me resume to my usual everyday activities without limitations by providing me with realistic and structured exercises which led to my recovery. I went to CMI Montreal because they advertised having the only certified hand therapists in Quebec…read more I'm an artist and I was having hand pain pretty specific to of work They gave me an occupational therapist who was not certified for hand therapy, but had some experience in hand therapy. He made an orthosis specifically for my hand after suggesting I had one problem. The orthosis cut my hand, it had sharp edges. It was a device which prevented me from painting. I complained about the forfeit, he said it could be adjusted, but it was normal to cause pain. It cost over $200. I was concerned so I went to an orthopaedic surgeon. He diagnosed me as having something not suggested by the Physio. Hesuggested a different orthosis available through Amazon for about $30 that would allow me to paint. I'm two stars instead of one because I cared and did could. I didn't higher because what he could do wasn't very much.

Went twice for blood draw. First time, the nurse had decided to take a long week-end and did not…read moreshow up. The second time, although open from 7:30 to 11:00am, at 10:30 she came out and said that she would not see more than 3 of the individuals waiting.
