5-Star Review for Full Strength Physical Therapy (formerly Solutions PT), Arlington, Va…read more I can't say enough wonderful things about Full Strength Physical Therapy and especially Andy and Danny. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed into a clean, comfortable, and supportive environment with a genuinely caring team. Andy and Danny are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. They truly listen--something that means so much when you're dealing with chronic pain and multiple health challenges. I've been treated for back and neck stenosis, knee issues from a torn meniscus, and ongoing pain, and they have been patient, thoughtful, and determined every step of the way. What really stands out is how much they care about your progress. They take the time to tailor exercises specifically to your needs and clearly explain how to do them at home, which has made a huge difference in my recovery. Their combination of hands-on therapy and targeted exercises has helped improve my mobility, balance, and strength--and most importantly, reduced my pain so I can finally rest better. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and incredibly professional. There's a strong sense that everyone is invested in helping you achieve your goals. Convenient location with easy parking is just the icing on the cake. I'm so grateful to have found them--this team has truly made a meaningful, life-changing impact on my quality of life. Highly recommend!

I had an initial consultation with Natalie, who was fairly new to the establishment at the time. Natalie is extremely knowledgeable, motivated, and approachable when it comes to this practice. She measured my range of motion and checked my strength and saw that both were very limited. I ended up going to PT twice a week and worked with Natalie during the first half of every session, and then the second half would mostly be done with those who assist with the actual exercises. Natalie's soft tissue work is incredible- don't let her petite frame fool you! She is a boss when it comes to making your muscles cry and then feel much better during the week. She's always considerate and asks if anything is painful and if so, she's always quick to dial her strength back! I've also worked with Anthony and Kyler. Both have been such a joy to work with- they really keep the operation going and are great at demonstrating each of the exercises. They are not only knowledgeable, they are approachable, and have great senses of humor. Today was my last session after a few months of PT. I will say, as a patient, you should always be consistent with the exercises you are given. I felt like I improved immensely in a short amount of time, but I also tried to dedicate 30 minutes to an hour each day to do all the exercises I was given by Natalie. That's another thing to note- Natalie is continuously researching and learning new exercises and will have you try them. She's very dynamic in her methodology when creating an exercise plan for you, so nothing stays stagnant. While I'm so happy that I have full range of motion back, I am so sad to be leaving Solutions. I'm going to miss Natalie, and the team very much. I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone who has any discomfort or pain. There are so many PTs here to choose from and each have their own flair when interacting with patients. I couldn't be happier to have had Natalie as my PT. I know that if I ever feel less than 100%, I would come back to Natalie in a heartbeat. Thank you Natalie, Kyler, Anthony, and the rest of the Solutions Team. Even those at the front desk. I believe that everyone here deserves the utmost recognition. I am genuinely appreciative of all of your help and support throughout my experience with my (former) injury!

The Doctor recommended Prolo therapy injections to repair the damage instead of surgery. Anton Matveev is a liar, has a horrible patient side manner to include assault & a terrible memory…read more Upon my 1st visit I was explaining military incidents & VA treatments & he asked if I was sure I was receiving that treatment. I think it's unprofessional to ask me if I'm lying about VA treatment. Matveev could of asked for my clinical notes to read the specifics so that a patient doesn't know his internal feelings that he thinks we're liars or can't remember our specific treatment methods. At that same visit, even though I brought all my MRI discs in with me, he was dismissive & stated he believes my pain only stems from my neck & radiates downward. I reiterated the neck & other locations happened different years in the military & are separate. I showed him the report & told him they uploaded my MRI of my other location. Matveev then said he can do an ultrasound & take a look to verify. Upon doing an ultrasound he stated he did see the injuries BUT he never apologized for being dismissive. Matveev discussed hydrodissection & I asked for the ingredients since I'm allergic to some things. He gave it to me & I looked it up & told him that was ok to use on me. We set a follow-up appt BUT at that follow-up appt for my 1st set of injections I'm asking him about the specifics and he wouldn't answer me. After the injections he tells me he altered the procedure & didn't use dextrose because he thought I was allergic. I had to remind him that I looked it up in front of him & told him it was ok. I also told him I'm not use to a medical employee not going over the procedure prior to it starting. You can't make a decision without an individual approving that beforehand. A patient's body is not "property" of anyone. Matveev also unprofessionally compared my injuries to other patients my age. Since I'm not an identical twin in DNA to anyone & you don't treat my blood related family, then you can't compare me to strangers. To have an idea about a person's potential "degenerative" path, you must compare older blood family members such as siblings, parents and/or grandparents. If my blood related elders are perfectly healthy in their bone structure and joints etc., then my injuries incurred in my 20s have nothing to do with "normal degenerative" findings for a person my age based off of strangers my age. This verbiage is a constant unprofessional take on individualized care. Matveev then wanted to talk about my aggravated body language & why I seem I'm displeased when he speaks. So I discussed the above with him. I told him my pet peeve is being called a liar & you don't know me, so speaking in that manner is always going to set me off. Then I said do you know how often a female is asked questions like "are you sure you own this home by yourself?..." etc. Matveev only then humbled himself & said he now hears it & apologized for his verbiage. My last appointment which was the final straw. I told him that the VA did a painful procedure (because I keep all physicians informed in different networks). He asked me to stand up & face the wall away from him while he sat behind me. He grabbed my shoulders & swiftly turned me to the right & said I need you to turn like that for me. A sharp pain stabbed me due to the VA procedure location. I told him you CANNOT turn me like that. The next task he did the same thing again. I told him not to do that again. Then he lied and said I needed 2 separate appts on 2 different days to accomplish the next series of injections. He stated insurance doesn't allow 2 appointments with the same medical person on the same day. I decided to not call him out in his lie. I was getting a procedure covered by insurance & another procedure I was paying out of pocket so the out of pocket procedure has nothing to do with insurance for regenerative services. So there would only be 1 appt that involved insurance but at this point with the unwanted physical touching and the history of his unprofessional behavior & narratives, I was done. There are better & cheaper regenerative places I now know about like ROSM.

I previously had the same surgery on my right foot with a different orthopedic surgeon, and the recovery was extremely long and painful. Because of that experience, I was honestly nervous going into this procedure. However, Dr. Schipper completely changed my expectations. I experienced minimal pain and very little swelling, and the healing process was fast and smooth. The incision work was excellent -- only three small incisions that healed beautifully. The difference in recovery compared to my prior surgery was night and day. Dr. Schipper is not only highly skilled but also very kind and reassuring. He takes time to explain everything and makes you feel prepared and comfortable before surgery. The office staff is also wonderful -- responsive, organized, and supportive throughout the entire process. You can truly tell he is very experienced in this procedure. I've even referred people I know to him, and they've had great outcomes as well. If I ever needed this surgery again, I would choose Dr. Schipper without hesitation. I highly recommend him. Terry

Following his birth, I was dealing with a prolapsed vaginal wall and bladder. I first went to my primary doctor, who referred me to my OB/GYN. Unfortunately, I was initially told I didn't need physical therapy -- but I trusted my instincts and continued to advocate for myself. I began treatment at Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine with Brittney, and it was the best decision I could have made. She performed a thorough examination and properly diagnosed a collapsed vaginal wall and bladder. From there, she worked with me weekly, creating a plan tailored to my body and my goals. When I started therapy, I felt defeated, uncomfortable, and unsure if I'd ever feel like myself again. Today, I'm so happy to say I've been cleared and feel strong and confident again. Brittney not only helped me physically heal, but she also educated me on how to properly strengthen my body moving forward. As someone who is very athletic and was in the gym daily until one week before delivery, it was incredibly important for me to regain my strength and know that I have the option to safely have another child in the future. Brittney gave me that confidence back. I'm beyond grateful for her knowledge, care, and encouragement. I highly recommend her to any woman needing pelvic floor therapy -- don't be afraid to advocate for yourself. It can truly change everything.

I wish I had done a little more research on this office before I went…read more The doctors or PAs are either new or are just not very good at their jobs. I went in for 2 fractures of the spine, they did an Xray and gave me a referral for an MRI. As I was leaving the office they stopped me in the waiting area and gave me a brace to wear until whenever. No, information about how or when to wear, just wear this brace. Of course in the notes for the doctor it read educated on the use of the brace. The doctor also gave me information about a procedure that they would do and sent me on my way. I got the MRI and returned, at that time I was see again for 5 minutes and then scheduled for the procedure. I was told someone would contact me about the procedure before my appointment (never happened). I questioned them about this when I went in and they said that the doctor was mistaken. I was told that doctor would explain before the procedure began (again didn't happen). I actually went to have the procedure done and was told I was in the wrong area, that I had to go to the surgery center. Once again that was wrong, so I go into the main area of the doctor's office to speak to someone and was told that I had been in the right area to begin with. I was eventually taken to a room with several people in it and ask to lay on my stomach and the procedure began. No one explained anything to me, and I was really on spoken to when I lifted my leg due to the pressure on my back. The procedure took less than an hour and immediately I was released, told not to wear the brace anymore and I could go back to work the same day. I went back for a follow up appointment two weeks later and was released for work (no follow up X rays were done as everything I've read and research says that there should have been) . Then about a week later I look at the notes from each visit and each doctor, as well as my insurance and what was submitted. The notes were definitely not correct and the claims were ridicules. Please if you must use this facility or these doctors always verify what they do and how much they charge. Better yet just avoid them if at all possible.
