He massaged aching muscles in a way that made me SO much more relaxed than when I arrived. I've been to other physical therapist but Jason really took the time to get to know me. I've had two surgeries on my neck so my issues are focused on the neck, shoulders and back. Jason didn't just tell me how to stretch, but he helped me through the stretches. He helped push my body in ways that released tension in places I didn't even realized needed that stretch. All in all, I felt great when I left and have appointments booked for the next two weeks. If you're in pain, give Select Physical Therapy a try. It's early in my progress but I have high hopes that this treatment will bring me relief.

I've been rehabbing my shoulder from a freak football accident on the cold gridiron a few years…read moreago. I'm a big tennis buff and not being able to extend my arm straight above my head can be a problem in tennis (especially serving). Anyway, I started out here a few weeks ago and got to work with Matt and Gary (sp?). The facility is really nice - recently decorated/remodeled with some great artwork murals around the room. They have all the latest rehab equipment and have pain killers and ice ready for you when you are all done. Matt and Gary have been awesome! Both work with me every step of the way but also have the sense to know when I just want to get to work. I will say everyone has been friendly here and I would recommend it highly to all my friends or even acquaintances for great health care. One note - They are in building 6160 now (not 6140 as the listing suggests).

I am in worse pain now than before and I'm concerned about one of the exercises that was used on me. ** Also I should have looked closer at the online reviews as majority are based out of CA and there is an Ascend Physical Therapy in CA too. SO these people reviewing are probably reviewing about CA location and not the Colorado Springs. Update-The next couple of days since the PT appointment and I am in even worse pain than before going to this place. I am having more issues and just extremely upset for not trusting my gut in the first place. I wish I never went here. Now I just need pray what the PT did is not permanent.

The 2nd office wouldn't give me a clue about prices until my 1st appt and wouldn't schedule me until they had a referral in hand. Ascend PT gave me a price up front, said they'd start me without a referral and they squeezed me into their calendar. My healing process will be slow, but I'm really happy with my PT's (Ryan) expert hands. Everyone in the office is very nice and easy to work with.
