I was able to get back to my normal self and strengthen my neck and upper back with the help of Jim & his team. He even went above and beyond with some other issues I had where I had a floater in my eye (from the concussion) so he started to include vision exercises (the dots on his wall) and after a few months, I stopped noticing the floater in my vision. Not only strengthening my upper body but my eye muscles, I'm so grateful for the service I received there. My only complaint (not their fault) is that I wish I could afford all of the equipment they have in the office and bring it to my house! New patients get a consultation, exam and adjustment for only $35 He listens to your concerns, and will either do an adjustment then and there, or suggest a recommendation. He doesn't try to PUSH ANY UPSALES for example: future appointments, vitamins or the massage chair. There is therapeutic massage on site, but you will need to make a separate appoint with the massage therapist. Convenient online scheduling on their website, or if you need to be seen the same day they do have walk-in's available but have limited hours. Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 8:30 am -- 12:00 pm closed until 3:30 pm -- 6:00 pm Thursday 2:00 pm -- 6:00 pm, Friday 7:15 am -- 1:00 pm One downside is they send *Lots of "Text" reminders* which can be a pain. Let me start by saying that I have never been to a chiropractor before so I didn't know what to…read moreexpect. I made an appointment here after being highly recommended this practice in particular by my midwife to try and get aligned/make sure I was aligned to try and get labor to begin, or in the least to help things go smoothly once labor did begin. I've been told Dr Gunn does have plenty of experience with pregnant people and i was grateful for that. It was easy to call and schedule an appointment, they do have some weird hours on Wednesday I believe, but they are open some evenings so it was nice to have that option. The office was fairly easy to find and get to, it's located in a strip mall type building. The office was clean when I arrived. I had some paperwork to do and paid the fee for 1 alignment which was only $35. (It is definitely more cost effective to do a bundle deal if you plan to be back several times, I wasn't sure if I would be back as this was my first experience with a chiropractor ever). The alignment went well as far as I know haha, there were some limitations as I was 39 weeks pregnant at the time, but Dr Gunn was accommodating to that. It sounded like he prefers to see pregnant people a few times during their pregnancy for best results, but he definitely did what he could. I did some stretching and he used the massage gun on me as well. The room felt like there was enough space, but small enough to feel private. He was very professional and because it was my first time at a chiropractor, I really appreciated him explaining exactly what he was going to do and how it would help/why he was doing it. If I ever need chiropractic care again, I would not hesitate to return!

Only on a follow up visit next (or another) day is it possible to get an adjustment. I'm guessing this strategy allows for a second office visit charge. They tried to fit me in but after a 10 minute wait in the waiting room, followed by 15 minutes in the patient room, I left. Sooooooooooooo definitely my fault for not sticking it out, but the lack of respect for my time and the lack of up front notice that I would NOT be able to get an adjustment at this appointment would have led to me making a decision to choose another provider for this service. I've never faced such foot dragging on getting an adjustment on the initial visit.
