Wonderful and knowledgeable people, fabulous quality of care, great ambience! I was a patient here about nine years ago and recently returned. Some of the same staff is still there and the owner is absolutely amazing. He truly cares about you as a patient and you are not just a number. Everyone remembers your name and about your kids and what you had discussed the previous visit. I absolutely love coming here and I hate going to physical therapy! The Employees are Wonderful! I can Honestly say that going to Physiotherapy Works has changed my life. I thought that I'd never be able to regain the stability that I lost after having multiple knee surgeries. Their Physical Therapists and Interns from UCF are Phenomenal! They took the time to understand my individual needs, then created a program to address it. I've been seen many times for different reasons over the last two years; they've given me the exercises and made sure that I understood how to do them at home using bands and home objects. I highly recommend! Was a patient a few years back after a car accident injured my back and the therapy helped immensely and now am a patient again being seen for something else. Awesome PT! When my DO prescribed, they called me within a few days having already confirmed my insurance and got me scheduled quickly. I have been going for a few weeks. Neil did a comprehensive evaluation and has been giving me challenging exercises, and I'm seeing progress already. Great one on one hour long sessions. I had pulled a muscle in my back. Unable to do much. Went to Eric and he was able to start the healing process. He understood my horrible pain and worked with me. I have been going here for a couple of years and they are absolutely wonderful. Very caring and professional people. I have seen Eric for PT and Emma and Shawna for massage therapy, they are all wonderful and really care about your health. I did PT at the beginning and then I continued with massage therapy. I feel very comfortable going to this practice and now my daughter has started going also since she has some problems with her back and for sports massages. We would not want to go anywhere else. It is hard to find places where practitioners really care about the patients, but here you feel welcomed every time and they would do what they can to help you with your pain or any other issues you may have. Physiotherapy works' therapists lack of medical and physiological knowledge is the direct cause of me having to get two additional surgeries caused by them over-working a weak muscle set in my body after surgery, and by them not listening to me when I told them I was not comfortable doing the exercise that directly caused this injury. I went to them for treatment after Achilles tendon surgery in October 2009. They did not work me up to the exercises I was doing, they did not build up the muscles gradually. They just pushed right into a heavy-duty workout, telling me 'Its ok, you're not going to get hurt'. When I told them I was not comfortable with the exercise that ultimately injured me, they said 'come on, don't give up, you can do it', and pushed me unitl I got hurt. The 'therapists' there simply work off a list of exercises that Eric creates for them. Check the box off on the list, do the next thing, no feedback or interaction. I blame them 100% for two years of additional treatment and pain. If you need to get PT, there are other clinics in the area that make these people look like clowns. Check the qualifications of your therapists, and ask questions, and DON'T do anything that you are not comfortable with, no matter how much you are pushed. I have been working with Emma and Eric for about 15 year on and off. They are the most caring individuals I have ever met. Professionalism is outstanding. The facility is always clean and bright. Always on time to see you and extremely knowledgeable about their individual talents. I never feel rushed and Emma gives the BEST massage ever. They are both conversationalists when you want them to be, yet intuitive enough to know when you need a little quiet time. I love how they train you so that eventually you are able to do these exercises at home ( isn't that the whole idea behind the service). The entire staff has all been welcoming and go above and beyond their duties. Also, a great added touch is they have this great "English accent" when speaking. Soothes the mind and body. damn! mr. erik is great!!!!!!!!!!! i can't imagine going anywhere else. i have been to many therapy places some only do exercise some have nasty negative people and some are just plain clueless. not physiotherapy works emma is the best to get a message erik is the best with adjusting your back and rehabilitation after surgery. this duo team knows how to treat people and how to do their work. all the workers are happy and treated well. if you really want a place to take care of your needs after surgery this is it. if you you need some adjustment in your back this is it! if all you want is a relaxing massage after your boss gave you hell well emma and her staff can do that too and do it well! this place is worth every penny. i have research places and i have visited places but none yet have it all like physiotherapy! trust me people come here you won't regret it! *****miss.ramos read more

I've been going to Physiotherapy WORKS since March, 2013--mostly to obtain better physical therapy than I was getting at other PTs in Orlando. Really. Owner Eric Mason came highly recommended by a friend I trusted who had similar shoulder and back issues, and now I can highly recommend him myself. From the initial consult (check out the online comprehensive patient question form), to providing customized instruction and printed exercises for me to take home, Eric has never failed to give me more help, tips and better ideas for how I can be more mobile and expedite my recovery. I even pay my own nickel to go to him because he's that reasonable-- but mostly because he's professional and gives you his undivided attention (most PTs do not--you share their attention with several other patients). I'm now recommending him to friends (one wound up not needing the recommendation since their own doctor already suggested they go to Physiotherapy WORKS). Both Orlando locations are spotless and well-equipped and the Waterford Lakes office is open on Saturdays. THAT is fantastic when you don't want to fight weekday traffic with physical maladies. read more

Back in 2011 I was a patient of Physiotherapy works and could not have nicer things to say! The staff is incredibly friendly and compassionate, and truly helps to take your mind off of the pain you're experiencing while working to make you stronger. I can remember in 2011 not "dreading" going in for therapy like the natural impulse might be, but rather looking forward to seeing the courteous staff and interacting with them as they helped me to heal. Just yesterday, 10/5/13, I had an excruciating flair up of back pain occur, and I immediately thought to myself that I should see if I can get in at Physiotherapy works on the spot. Without hesitation, I was told to come in. Eric Mason took me into a room as soon as I got there and began to minimize my pain. I could not have nicer things to say about him. He was incredibly nice, funny, and extremely helpful. He has worked with me financially so that I am able to get the care that I require, and I truly could not be more thankful for that! As much as I hope this will be the last bout of therapy that I require, there is not a shadow of a doubt in my mind that if I do again I will be going to see the wonderful Physiotherapy Works staff! read more
