Sherrill, he just come back from Hawaii. I had a head cold, and I could certainly understand all about jet lag & and was body adjusting to the time change. The second time I called them about an enrolled agent and spoke to Sherrill, it was clear she was overwhelmed with too much work and did not want to work with me. I don't remember exactly what she said, but was something like yeah I have about 10 of you guys to work with etc. And something that was gonna cost me an extra $250.00 for contacting CA FTB. I owe the California FTB money. It was very clear. She's the only one there very busy doesn't really wanna work. I get it when you are a small business owner and are starting out and you're the only person to do more detailed things.
