The lady who helped us pick out our piano (a brown Estey console ) was extremely patient as I went from piano to piano until my decision was finally reached. The piano was delivered a little over a week after the purchase because the owner insisted on sanding down a water stain to make it look like new (which they did beautifully, no sign of the water stain left!). The delivery itself was quick and on time. I highly recommend Westend piano. Our experience with this Montreal company was very positive, from beginning to end.
